We ordered slice dough noodles to go. The overall taste was good but the noodle wasn't al dente as dough noodle should be. I haven't been to its other branches, so I cant' make a comparison. I think we'll try it again for other homemade items.

Good Chinese Food with a mix of authentic chinese and americanized Chinese food. You can get your orange chicken (americanized) or your scrambled egg with shrimp. The lunch specials are agreat deal and include egg roll, rice, and soup. Service was friendly and attentive.Restaurant is clean with a casual environment. Ma's house is welcomed restaurant to an area lacking authentic chinese.

We had a great lunch with amazing service and delicious food! Our server was awesome ~ personable and efficient. We had Chicken w/Snowpeas and Crispy Duck. Both were fresh, tasty, and had a great presentation. It's a large roomy restaurant and everything looked fresh and clean. We will be back to try more items and then pick up a cookie from Crumbl!

A new name on a business that's been around for awhile in other locations. Pleasant atmosphere, very friendly staff, a huge menu, including lunch specials, in an area with ample parking. That being said, the food was just okay. Not offensive, but also not something which would draw us back time and again. The hot and sour soup was tasty but too salty for our sakes. The rice was perfectly cooked, a plus in any Chinese restaurant. The noodles in the Chou mein were only average, with something a bit off with them, maybe the cooking oil or added sesame oil. Tofu in brown sauce was well prepared, not drowning in sauce, as so many restaurants make it. Delicate, thinly sliced tofu was easy to eat and held its own as a leftover. Nothing about Ma's would make us stay away, but it is also not likely to become a go-to destination.

I tried the handmade noodles stir fried dish as well as the 3 flavors noodle soup. It was disappointing that the noodles in both dishes did not have the chewy consistency as expected from handmade noodle. It tasted like overcooked pasta. The soup was also bland and smelled like Tom Yum soup which was strange. There were many other dishes on the menu but I don't think I will be back to give those a try.

I'm not impressed with the quality of beef. The beef texture is very odd. The soup doesn't have much favor. I wouldnt order fried rice and noodle soup if I ever come back. I kinda missed the previous crazy duck at the same location. The renovated place is new and clean. Service is reasonably fast.

It was alright but there seems to be better places for the orange chicken. The sweet corn soup was pretty good.

We had the homey walnut shrimp, string beans and beef roll. Honestly the honey walnut shrimp was one of the best I've ever had. It had a light and crispy outside, and the ship were perfectly cooked on the inside. Usually the sauce is very mainly, but it was light and tasty. The string beans were perfectly dry fried and well seasoned. It's a new restaurant so wasn't that busy and service was fast. I would definitely go back again.
