Honestly not sure how to feel but I'll explain my review of one star. First, you still need a mask. They have a sign saying we have a right to not wear one but they also have a right to not serve you. Okay... so I'm not welcomed unless we follow your regulations. Cool. Second, the drink is over $7.50 but wait, let's not stop there. They also charge an additional $0.75 charge to use your card. Okay, sounds like we might have to pay an additional fee to use the blender. Third, when I told her I would be back with cash. She thru the change on the counter. I gave her cash in hand. It was a unpleasant experience. Smoothie. Not worth the hassle or price. Avoid if you can. Have a great day !

Over priced drinks, but good quality. I had a large avocado smoothie, but it was over $11... the guy told me they use real fruit that's why it cost so much. I'm not sure where they go such expensive avocados seeing we live in California.

Came here for dinner and I was quite hungry because I skipped lunch earlier. A Thai/Chinese/Vietnamese restaurant. Hmmm...had potential. "HAD." Should have seen the light...should have known when it's an "asian" restaurant and we were the only asian customers in the place. Sat down and ordered. They only had one chef cooking, so the food took a long time. When we finally got our order, the food was bland. Remember guys, I was HUNGRY. I could barely get myself to finish the pork chops and some veggies. Could have / should have cooked a better meal at home. The prices were a bit pricey for the quality of the food. Probably one of the worst Vietnamese dish I've ever "eaten" at a restaurant. Maybe their Thai and Chinese dishes are better, but let's just say I won't be back to find out.

We are new to the neighborhood and found this place down the street. We ordered to go and the service was fairly fast. We had ordered some beef and brocolli, pad Thai and tofu veggie fried rice. The veggie fried rice was awesome and they were loaded with tofu compared to the other Asian restaurants we've been to. The brocolli beef was mediocre and the pad Thai was dry! It needed more sauce or might have been better if served right off the stove.Probably would come back for more of their fried rice.

I went in yesterday because I was getting soup from Pho Hoa for my girlfriend, but I really wanted some fried rice. They swear to have Thai fried rice, so I ordered that.First, the price seemed pretty damned high for what I was ordering. Second, the guy didn't seem to give a crap that I was in his place, despite the fact that I was the ONLY person in his place. When I got home and started eating I was not thrilled with my purchase and threw most of it away.

I accidentally came into this restaurant. I was expecting Le's Restaurant and was so disappointed that it had changed ownership. In any case, the menu was overwhelming. Like the previous reviewer, I thought the restaurant had potential with the Thai/Vietnamese/Chinese cuisine. But it can also prevent a restaurant from being good by trying to do everything. I had a Thai Curry dish and it was bland. Are these Asians? I love spicy food and even if it wasn't supposed to be spicy, there should have been more "punch" to the entree. I asked the server about the food and she lacked the knowledge and I didn't like that. It was pricey. I am trying to think of something positive --- at least it's clean and they still kept the same furniture.

This used to be Le's Thai/Chinese/Vietnamese Restaurant, and according to the staff, still is. The menu is the same, but now they offer Vietnamese sandwiches and boba-type drinks. I think their food in general is only so-so, but it's a great place to go if you aren't quite sure what kind of food you want to eat, or if you're with others who have different food preferences than you. I like the sandwiches a lot. There are other places nearby to get Vietnamese sandwiches, too, but this is nice because you can also get Tom Yum soup at the same time! I think the sandwiches are better than K Sandwiches -- the bread is softer, and there is more filling -- plus, they are cheaper and you don't have to wait nearly as long. The decor is kind of artsy and fun -- clouds on the ceilings, a flower case for the beverages, and some nasty dark wood paneling just because. The staff is extremely friendly, and the location is very easy to get to.

Today was our first time purchased the sandwiches here. The sandwiches were overpriced for small portions. It costed $16.14 for two small sandwiches that did not fill us. The owner advertised sugar cane juice drinks that supposed to be good. Luckily, I asked the price. It was $8 for small and $11 for large. The service was rude and not children friendly.I prefer Banh Mi Ba Le French Shop on 4879 University Ave, 92105 over this store anytime.

Do not try this place, the service could be better and the menu is very overpriced compared to other Vietnamese restaurants. I have driven by this shop a few times and I was excited to finally have a chance to try only to be disappointed. The quality could be better, food was fast but everything else seemed to be lacking. In this case, you do not get what you pay for!
