Long Island Mike's Pizza

Long Island Mikes pizza is both flavorful and delicious. When I want a quick and easy dinner I will go to Long Island Mike's. The slices are big but can easily be folded up in your hand. The people behind the counter are always welcoming, kind, and courteous. There is a mural of Long Island, NY to put an idea on where the idea came from. The restaurants are always clean and welcoming.

Came in to order about 15 slices for me and my coworkers and the person serving me was very unfriendly. In between asking for the slices I wanted he would audibly sigh and roll his eyes. The workers in the back were also unfriendly with one making an unnecessary comment under his breath about me being a "first day rookie" sent to pick up the company's food. The food was fine but will not return for the service especially when I was very patient and not mean at all

Delivery time proved to be pretty inaccurate. It changed from saying our order was running late to it was delivered 20 minutes ago. I thought I understood there would be a text or something notifying us of delivery but we didn't receive anything. So by the time we realized the food had arrived it was cold and pretty soggy. Pizza flavor was decent (we got the white meat pie) so I'm sure hot and fresh it would have been better. If we try this place again, I'd go in person. But a little bummed to have paid $50 for a cold and soggy pizza. Garlic knots didn't taste like anything so those were a pass either way

I found it by accident and curious to see if it holds up to tube NY legendary Pizza ( Since it's a long way from Home). They said the owner is from NY. Looks like a cool place to sit and eat with a group of friends.

It's pretty good. Cheap, thin crust pizza with plenty of seating and parking. I'll continue my search for pizza in san diego.

This place is seriously underrated. Now, there are a ton of pizza places, I get it. But if you haven't been here, give it a try. It's counter service whether you're dining in or ordering out. The cashiers have been helpful and food has come out timely. There's plenty of seating, booths and tables, and they have two TVs, playing whatever game is on at the time. Every time I've been in, there's been no problem dining inside. They have a mural of Long Island on the wall which I thought was cool. At the counter you'll see what they have available by the slice at the time. Pizza is thin, big, and foldable. I loved their buffalo chicken slices. Their hot wings are also underrated. Good sized pieces and tasty Buffalo sauce. They have a few beers on tap, occasionally they offer wine. Unfortunately there's no soda machine, so they offer cans of soda.

My go to pizza spot. We did take out and I am not from the area to know if this is a popular spot but I will recommend to friends. We did wings, pizza, salad and knots all for a good price. The wings were good but we got all flats which was disappointing. The crust is on the thin side and was my favorite part. Perfect place to satisfy your pizza craving

Good spot to swing by and grab a bite! They have a lunch special for 2 slices & soda for about $10. The pizza is good, the crust is thinner than I like.There's plenty of seating inside, but the line gets pretty long at around noon.

i'm not sure if someone else bought this place out or what but the dough was flavorless and there was a lot of flop in this pizza

Their Grandmas pie has been my go to for awhile now. Have maybe ordered close to 10 pies now in the last 4 months. Has always been amazing - perfectly light and crispy and their tomato sauce...their tomato sauce!!! Which is why it pains me to say that the last few times I've ordered, it's just not been the same. The pizza isn't thoroughly cooked through so it's really doughy, too much cheese, and only a couple edge pieces are edible. Maybe a new person cooking the pizzas lately since it's just been over the last couple of weeks? I'm hoping things turn back around so I can give a full 5 stars because all other times have legit been the best pizza I've had in SD
