KEEP ROLLIN ROLLIN ROLLIN ROLLIN!!!!Is this a coffee shop or a Bakery! Honestly they should get recognition for both!! What I love about this place is two things! First off the study vibe, when your here even if you just come to hang and have drinks you feel like you should break out a computer and just start a study group or something haha.Number 2(which is really number one! The Cinnamon Rolls!!! Yalll don't even know ! What a in house made Flakey buttery cinnamon roll is and quite frankly It doesn't matter because I want them all to my self any way!!!Do your self a favor stop and grab a delicious code and hang out and leave the cinnamon roll ills to me!!We Love the Living Room Coffeehouse!!

Living Room Coffeehouse is a nice studying/working cafe, especially since they have wifi for customers. It definitely caters to SDSU students in the area given a lot of the signage and menu options (including the SDSU croissant that I ordered!) Although on a Monday morning there was a wide demographic of customers as well!We ordered the Mexican mocha which was good and quite large!Food was great and came out quickly. My boyfriend and I ordered two croissant sandwiches - the SDSU and the SOB. I liked the latter more because the chorizo gave it a kick, despite the SDSU as the "House favorite". Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating to choose from, which was a nice plus too.

I am in San Diego for a conference and stumbled upon this cafe pretty early in my week here. I've gone several times and recommend it to everyone I know. The service is very good: fast and friendly. Every time has been amazing!Every time I have gone the drinks have been phenomenal! The food (Philly cheesesteak and fries in particular) are very good, perfect with a nice latte. The pastries/cakes are on the sweeter side but are perfectly balanced with a hot coffee. The price is really good for the area and in competition with other cafes. The small drink size is pretty large and is more of a medium size. The atmosphere is really good and has a lived in feel with tchotchkes and maximalist decor. Perfect for studying or friends hanging out together. (Also really close to the university)

Overall, I think this place is okay. There are better places around San Diego but it's a cool spot to check out. The drinks were ok, I got the matcha and it tasted very grainy for some reason. My group and I were there to discuss business but it was difficult to hear as the music seemed to just get louder over time. Staff was friendly when ordering. Probably won't be back but who knows.

This place is cute. I was able use Apple Pay to buy my order. I did like the outdoor as well as indoor seating. I ordered a blood orange tea iced, a cheese burger and fries, as well as a cookie butter cheesecake slice for myself and another for a friend. The seating is very crowded and not well spaced. There is one bathroom and although clean, it was a long line. It was very busy in the evening when I came about 830pm Tuesday of this recent week, they have wifi here, and walk out to bring your food and beverages. It was a pleasant experience. Did seem on the pricy end though for the actual food.

This is a cozy breakfast spot! Lots of students go to study as there are quite a few tables inside and seating outside on the patio. I just ordered an iced chai latte but it was phenomenal. I'm pretty picky about my chai but this was made so great. They were really busy but the customer service was very quick and kind which I always appreciate. I would really love to try food items on the menu. My friend ordered a cinnamon roll and they warmed it up so that the Icing was ooey gooey.

The food is overall pretty good, besides the tomato basil soup, which is way too salty. Do not expect much if you get a side of fruits instead of chips.

Cute study spot near SDSU! This place is one of my go-tos. The ambiance is very homey and there are so many options for food and drinks! The food is pretty casual and practical (not fancy). I like everything that I've ordered so far. Service is mediocre. It sometimes takes a while for tables to get cleaned up after guests leave. Also, this place gets crowded. Sometimes it can be hard to get a table inside and outside. There is a parking lot, but it runs out of space on busy days.

Fast & simple breakfast joint! The prices are pretty fair & the food is yummy! You order at the cash register, they hand you a number, and they bring the food to you. Inside / outside seating available. Super chill cafe.. I'll definitely be back!

Great place to post up and work. Reliable WiFi and lots of seating with outlets around many. The menu is more expansive than your average coffee shop as well and includes both hot breakfast items, pastries and lunch items. The coffee and drinks are good (including smoothies and juice). There is a parking lot in the back but that fills up quickly. I've never had an issue finding street parking in the neighborhood though. I'd give it 5 stars accept that the wait to order can be truly insane.
