This is my childhood taco shop. I could eat a California burrito from here every single day and be a happy man. The hot sauce is second to none, and the staff is and always has been friendly. I move to Hawaii tomorrow and La Posta had to be my last meal. Whenever I come back into town, it's the first place I go. God bless this place.

Amazing chiles rellenos, horrible beef stew which was so bland that it tasted like it was just water added to some beef and veggies.The Mexican rice was very delicious and I was sad to see they don't have street tacos (normally sized) instead of the rather large ones that I wasn't in the mood for.For sure will return!

Always so amazing and the consistency is what gets us every time!! This place is the cleanest taco shop I've seen in East county and their breakfast burritos have been our favorite for years, hands down the best. We recently started branching out and trying other things that we typically get at other favorite spots (burritos, fries, tortas, tostadas) and this place has yet to disappoint! Everything we've tried is so dang good. Always so impressive and satisfying!

Wonderful service. Always very polite, friendly, and well presented. Very clean and gives you a good vibe when you enter the establishment. Today I had the shrimp burrito and it was absolutely delicious!! The burrito had those big fat pieces of shrimp all of us shrimp lovers love and there were many for each bite. Very pleased.

This place is always pretty good. They're generally fast and you can call your order in on the way. The food is decent. I haven't discovered any mind boggling new flavors or anything but you'll feel satisfied and with an average/above average meal. The staff is friendly enough and prices are reasonable. Nothing spectacular, but far from the worst Mexican food in the county. I'd say upper 80%.

Gross... bought a Carne asada torta, couldn't tell what kind of meat it was , seemed more like burnt ground beef. Super gross will not be back...

This has been our go to absolute favorite Mexican food for 10+ years which is why it saddens me to write that it will be awhile before I return after tonight's dinner. Our bill for our family of 4 was $72 and the quality was very poor. The guacamole was slightly brown, carne asada meat had a reheated taste, and the cheese enchiladas were dried out. To be completely fair the service was excellent as it always has been. We got our food to go but the man behind the counter was very nice as he always is. I wouldn't mind the price if the food wasn't so below average.

Always good. Been going there for like 30 Yrs. Carne asada chimichanga is delicious and rolled tacos too!
