Just pulled up for the first time after driving pretty far to get here off the word of my co workers ... and boy oh boy!Just walking in, easily the cleanest looking meat market I've ever seen. Everything looked so top notch and the best part about it, it didn't smell like a meat market!!! Even the air was clean!Now the moment of truth, not knowing what I'm doing or how to order, I was greeted by Valentina at the counter. I explained my dilemma of not knowing what to order and I was here cause my coworkers told me too.She immediately smiled and explained EVERYTHING! Recommended what she thought based upon my taste and with her knowledge and very pleasant attitude, I couldn't help but to buy everything she offered!The entire staff was welcoming, the place was amazing, so the price of gas to drive down here was the last thing on my mind! I'm passing ALL the markets to be a regular here!

Carne is a must! Get it preparada and you are set. Short ribs are delicious too! They have charcoal, lighter fluid, everything you need to get a great BBQ started. Apart from their food, they have amazing customer service. I will definitely be coming back!

The ranchera preparada is delicious, my kids like the beans, I bought chorizo and it was not good , a lot of balls of just fat and not very flavorful, disappointed for sure because once you take out the fat there's not much left .

This is my third time here. I will say the butcher quality is inconsistent. Uneven cuts of steak. Varying thickness of the steaks. Instead of one inch thick steaks. One side is 3/4" thick and the other side is 1" 1/4" thick. Hard to cook them evenly when that happens. The wagyu ribeye is excellent. The prices are high for the wagyu but relatively reasonable for some of the other meats. They always have something on sale. They are always friendly. The store is always clean. Just need to update the butcher qualifications!

Its 7:15 am no one is in the store should change hours of operations you guys clearly dont open at 7 am on Sundays

The meat is amazing, had a bbq and everyone was asking where I bought the meat . I highly recommend this place for your next bbq .
