Jungle Tea

I've tried so many different kinds of drinks here, and I've loved every single one of them! My favorite is the Strawberry black iced tea (50% sweetness) with the bursting dragonfruit boba. The owners have become friends. They ask about my life, how things are going, etc. I'm sharing this to express how much they care about the customers. This is my favorite small-business/non-chain local boba shop here in Mira Mesa (and honestly, one of my favorite boba spots in SD). 5/5!

Stopped in because I was pretty desperate for caffeine lol Ordered a jungle coffee after the cashier recommended it and paid and was waiting but then was told that they were actually out of jungle coffee... was kind of irritated (probably my lack of caffeine kicking in) and she offered to make me my second choice instead. Turns out that they just didn't have enough to finish the drink off and they felt bad that it was more ice than they wanted to put in and the drink wasn't filled all the way to the top... I definitely wouldn't have even noticed a difference, but the fact that the manager or owner came out and gave me that drink but also made a whole new drink for me was a huge deal to me as a customer. It shows they take pride in their product and serve their best, every time. I would back a business like that and while I might not have come back before, would now be a repeat customer and even highly recommend them to others. You can have an amazing product (which they do have pretty yummy drinks- I got the jungle coffee and the matcha) , cute decorations (very vibey and insta-worthy!) but unless you have stellar customer service, I don't consider a place worth going. This place gets it all :)

Service was fast. It wasn't really busy when I went. The atmosphere of the Boba shop is nice and clean. I got the purple tiger it was good.

I loved these drinks. They were so refreshing and flavorful. The classic milk tea was especially good. My sister also liked her lychee fruit tea. It was fast and not crowded on a Wednesday afternoon.

This is my favorite place to go to. Everything here is definitely delicious. Costumer service is the best. They treat me like a families. I love all their drinks. I recommend this place to everyone. The price is so affordable. I love this place

Such a cute mom and pop boba shop located in a small neighborhood plaza in Mira Mesa!The customer service was absolutely exceptional. The two girls working recommended us drinks that tasted great and radiated a ray of sunshine the whole time we were there. Pricing and variety of drinks are very reasonable.You can tell they put a lot of effort into this shop by the decorations. It is also very clean.

Good tasting Teas, Nice Atmosphere, Friendly staff. I wish it had a little bit more variety and I wish they were willing to combine multiple flavors like some tea spots.

I've always heard about this place but I've never got to try it until now. As a local, it's definitely a hidden gem and family owned. It's located in a small plaza. It's a small store but the decor is really cute and festive. Service from the workers were great. I was given recommendations and they all were very friendly. There is a tv that displays all the drinks since the menu doesn't have description. I came with a friend and the drinks that we got was the Tiger Series. I had the Crème Brûlée Purple Tiger which was Taro flavored and it was very delicious. My friend ordered the Crème Brûlée Golden Tiger which was Banana milk flavored with Crystal Boba. I definitely recommend people to check this spot out.

Wow I can see why this place has 5 stars on Yelp and Google! First of all, the service was amazing probably the best one among all the boba shops I've tried in San Diego (quite a few!). You can really tell the owner cares about customer service satisfaction. He took the time to explain and recommend the drinks and even offered samples of the drink and add on ingredients since I was asking about them.I am usually very picky with my boba, looking for quality in the ingredients, texture of add on and taste. Since it was my first time trying this place, I had a few questions. I was told that the grass jelly was not from a can but rather made in house. I was even offered a sample before I decide on my order.I also asked about the sweetness since I know most places add sugar on their toppings in addition to the drinks. I was also offered a sample of that and was told if I didn't like my drink, the owner would remake my drink. He really ensured that I was satisfied with my order. The flavors are quite unique and there are lots of fruit options including dragonfruit, lychee, longan. I decided on the pandan/mung bean drink which is the first time I've seen at a boba shop but he said it was a new flavor and customers like it. It wasn't too sweet as requested but you can taste the pandan and mung bean distinctively.The store was very clean and cute which a whimsical Alice in Wonderland theme decorations. There's also free parking in the plaza and wasn't too hard to find like most crowded parking lots. It wasn't too busy on an early Saturday afternnon which was great since I didn't have to wait long but that.

This boba shop is located in a smaller plaza away from the main road, so you'd likely miss it if you weren't searching for it. I saw all the good reviews and became curious! First, I love the decor inside. They were decked out for the holidays, and it felt so festive and cute. The cashier was patient in answering all my questions. I think it would be helpful if they put a description of the creatively named drinks up so that I don't have to bother them haha. I ordered the jungle milk at 75% sugar. It is mung bean and pandan. It has a creamy, slightly grainy taste. I would get 50% sugar or less next time. Unfortunately they were not able to blend it with ice. I imagine it would be tasty in a smoothie form too!My husband ordered the ice cream milk tea but expected it to be more icy. It was more like melted ice cream milk tea. He still liked it but said he would order it with less sugar as well. So in general, I would say the drinks are on the sweeter side! Parking is easy here, so I think we'll definitely be back!
