The person that answers the phone needs customer service skills or phone etiquette classes. Both times we've called to order food -to-go the same cranky lady answers the phone and seems bothered when asked any type of questions. This used to be our favorite place but we will never get food from there again. You don't have to be so darn rude to customers!

I ordered Uber eats from here because I was craving fresh vegetables but a lot something hot with noodles since it's still winter and I'm always cold! Haha. This place did not disappoint and I paid the extra few bucks for my driver to bring it straight to my house so food was hit and fresh! They have huge portions here so even though you're paying $15-$20 for entrees, they do give you your money's worth! The chow menu noodles are really good and the chop suet vegetables too. I ordered sesame balls and a side of white rice with the entree which I'll be eating for days now but it's so good! I like the food here very much and will order from here again!

Placed an order by phone and was appalled by the customer service. The woman who answered the phone was immensely rude; half way through taking my order she became hostile and I was extremely thrown off by her attitude. If employees are having a bad day they shouldn't take it out on their customers. Good customer service is what keeps people coming back. I felt disrespected & will no longer give them my business.

I've been coming since 2005 I was in elementary school then. Fast forward to now I'm 25, Food has always been as delicious as I remember. They've been sticking to their original recipes and I'm all for it. I love the quantity they serve in every lunch box. Personally my whole family loves it and saying otherwise is truly crazy. This is truly a must try when here in Chula Vista !! That being said. I wish they had dine open up again I miss it
