Jersey Mike's Subs

I got the chicken with ranch and bacon sandwich, which was fairly good. The bacon was too overcooked for me tho. The soda machine was seltzer, which I told them and had to wait for them to replace it. The staff there were all nice. Service took a little while though so it wasn't quick to get in and out.

My employer brought in a few boxes of mini subs from Jersey Mike's on Jamacha in El Cajon. All of the condiments and veggie toppings (lettuce tomato and onion) were served on the side so each person could customize to their liking. The sandwiches were meat and cheese only which was great for taking some home. They didn't get all gross. We had five varieties to choose from.Super Sub: Provolone, ham, prosciuttini and cappacuolo (their spelling, not mine).Sub Club: Turkey, ham, provolone, applewood smoked bacon & mayoClub Sub: Roast beef, turkey, Swiss, applewood smoked bacon and mayoJersey Shore: Provolone, ham, and cappacuoloOriginal Italian: Provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni.I had the Super Sub and it was quite good. I took a Sub Club and Original Italian home for later. My wife Becky enjoyed the Sub Club. Solid sammies from Jersey Mike's.

First off.... jersey mikes as a whole - I love. This review is in particular to this location as I happened to be in the neighborhood and craving my go to veggie wrap. I had two major concerns regarding today's experience. 1) I didn't notice this until I sat down to eat and opened up my wrap. But it was oddly cut in a near horizontal manner that made absolutely no sense. Who would hold a wrap (similar to a burrito) in this way? It made it so hard to hold and unappealing as it forced me to take bites where the contents were not as evenly spread. It was like he was trying to cut sandwich triangles out of my wrap. 2) there was a hair on my pickle. So sad. By then I had lost my appetite after already annoyed by the point #1 above. I'm putting this out there to encourage this location to review their training on how to cut wraps and do better with sanitation. I will note the first girl who was slicing was very friendly and nice enough to ask if I needed the slider wiped down before the cheese.

This is a nice fast location, clean location and we almost always order online and p/u. Friendly staff. Not a fan of the bowls as they are not filling. Wrap with double meet is my go to. I get the largest size sub snd it is enough for both parents for Lower rating as they inevitably don't completely read our notes for take out.

El Cajon location is dirty and is employing no food safety. Horrendous food safety, pics below. The employee was picking her nose using her gloved hand, then was putting the bare sandwich on the electrical cords, using her gloved hand to answer and be on the phone then proceed to use the same unwashed and same gloves to prepare food. Adrianna is management and I tried to inform her about the unsafe practices. She finally responded, never requested a photo and just said she'd try to inform them of the food safety issues. As you can see in the photo the cord has sticky electrical tape on it and the sandwich is laying on top. Absolutely vomitous behavior. And the employee preparing the sandwich to the right was picking her nose, her ears, and in general I was sick looking at everything going down. The company offered me a 15 dollar gift card to use there and I gave it back. No way I'd EVER eat at such a place where food safety is not even presented as being important and management is very lackluster in response -

Michael provided me and my boyfriend with an exceptional experience for our 1st time tonight ! We had never been to Jersey Mike's, and were greeted by him in a very genuine way. He went out of his way to explain the menu and options when he found out it was our 1st time. He really made our 1st time here memorable ! He was very pleasant and demonstrated strong social cues. Thank you Michael ! Our short interaction with you was a great ending to our busy work day.

This location purposely temporarily closed their store so they wouldn't have to participate and honor a promotion. Sad to do to your community and loyal customers. Shame on this location

The staff is amazing!! Tee and the rest of the team make my husband and myself always feel welcome. They even have our orders down!! I never to reviews for me to do so says a lot!!!

I always order a steak sandwich at this place but this time I'm disappointed with the steak sandwich I ordered simply because there's hardly any steak, just a bunch of onions. It was messy and not really worth what I paid for.

I happened to be the very first customer this particular AM. And was greeted by a very nice young man. He made me a delicious sandwich "Original Italian Sub". He was courteous, friendly, and just a Joy to speak too first thing in the morning. Also my sandwich was superb!
