I have to say Hilbertos Santee has BY FAR the BEST Carne Asada Burritos in San Diego County. Hot Carrots are soft and Amazing! You know what would give even MORE SALES???GET ON A DELIVERY SERVICE. DOORDASH, GRUB HUB...WHATEVER! PLEASE.We are Elderly, but would like to get your food. PLEASE!!!

My most favorite breakfast burrito place for several years (since 2005ish until now). Discovered recently how good the machaca plate/burrito is! Highly recommended

12$ for a burrito the size of a taco, saw the cook use the last of the meat which definitely didn't fill up no burrito, then proceeds to dump tons of pico to compensate. Shit is a tomato burrito for 12$ horrible burrito. And it's still small af

First time trying this taco shop today, and I've got to say it's really good and their workers are friendly. :)Ordered a Carne Asada burrito and the meat was so tender and juicy ! I couldn't believe my tastebuds lol.Also added chips and guacamole to my order and the chips were fresh and crunchy.They have a little self serve salsa bar too. Their red salsa and salsa Fresca taste good as well. Just wish it was a little spicier. Other than that, the food is yummy and their customer service is great!I'll definitely be coming back again hahah

I stopped in at Hilbertos Mexican Food Place for the first time. I was amazed at the large selection of Tortas, Tacos, Mexican Dishes and more. I chose the Beef Taco and Beef Burrito plate for only $11.95. The food was absolutely delicious. It came with rice and refried beans as well. If you enjoy juicy beef burritos you definitely came to the right place. The establishment was clean with great customer service. I definitely would eat here again.

Bomb breakfast burritos and the salsa is amazing! We always order the hashbrown breakfast burrito, definitely recommend :)

My family has been coming here for over 20 years. The service is always friendly, food is fresh and hot, and always delicious! I love the rolled tacos and chicken tacos, but my family also loves their burritos, carne asada, and even enchiladas.

Terrible spent 29$ and where's the beef ??? & chicken ???? I feel like I just paid $30 for two big fat bean and rice tortilla burritos

This place never miss! Got tired of gambling with the other taco shops in Santee. Perfect size burritos for one (unless you're a fatty) ..our favorite is the breakfast burrito ...best we ever had and not greasy which is a huge plus. Red sauce Lacks flavor but the spice makes up for it..mix that with the green youre good.

Delicious and fresh!! Highly recommend! Great breakfast burritos! Haven't found one bad item on their menu.
