Hibachi Oishi Japanese Food Truck

I have to say this the only food truck I like to pick up food from. But let tell you this truck is putting out some delicious food here!! I had good Filet Mignon in fancy restaurants but this Chef is great here!! When we don't feel like cooking It's a big Win here to pick up from because we do enjoy the Hibachi Oishi Japanese food TruckAnd asian style cooking is great for $21.00 but if you get fried rice it's more 3.50This plate was 24.50 per plate x24 egg rolls $3.50White rice is free

The food is good and quick for what it is! Does make my stomach churn a bit because of the greasiness but it's definitely worth it

Delicious fresh food . I live super close and always pass by when coming home from work or whatever and have been contemplating for a minute to pick up here . Man am I glad I did . I got the trio the veggies where cooked perfect not mushy had a slight crunch, and every single meat was juicy and fresh . I enjoyed the shrimp a lot . I'm deff coming back to try the other items on the menu and make this a regular spot . Don't go to Jack or McDonald's . Spend the same and get a hot fresh plate . Love this place !!

I saw this food truck as I was passing by and decided to try it! I ordered the file mignon plate with white rice and veggies. The food was delicious, perfectly cooked veggies with flavor and rice was nice and hot, they also provide you with some really good sauces. The food was so good I didn't even get a chance to take a picture. Will definitely be going back to try the rest of their menu. I asked their regular business hours but it seems to vary and they said to follow their IG (hibachioishi) for up to date schedule.

I would recommend the salmon with fried rice meal which comes with grilled vegetables. For me, it's enough to portion out into 2.5 small meals as they do not chintz on the salmon. I haven't yet asked for the man and woman's names, but they are both very friendly and so sweet to their customers. Perhaps on the next visit, I will get their names now that I have found every visit is well worth it.I removed one star because they aren't always there at the days/hours posted. Give them a ring before you go. If they don't answer, assume it'll be a no-show and save yourself the hassle.

I love this place. Honestly this has been my go to and with shame my guilty pleasure haha. The food is delicious and the steak is juicy and on point. The chicken is not chewy and with flavor and the fried rice s worth the 3.50 extra I'm telling you. I highly recommend this place for a nice dinner outside and with friendly customer service fromThe husband(the cook from Fujis "Rambo") and the wife is very friendly and helpful. You got to try this place

What the hell!!!! $30 for the tiniest amount of protein and ALL RICE no veggies like the picture shows no flavor?!!! I ordered teriyaki sauce ( which I had to pay for ) never got it ! Dry ass chicken l! Over cooked steak ! My picture of the tiny little bit of food they gave is up on door dash ... when it posts I can save it to here and when u see how sad this little $30 plate is you won't want to waste your money ... not only that wanna talk about GREASY!!!! there's was TONS of oil at the bottom of the rice container it was just a terrible meal I truly did not enjoy and felt I wasted my money !! Don't waste yours these ppl must not know good good because this place is NOT IT !!!!!

I order the shrimp fried rice from here all the time and each time it's just as delicious as the last time. I'm obsessed with it and their sauces are also yummy. Highly recommend!

Really solid hibachi truck. It can get a little pricey but no matter what you get the quality is good. I have been here three times already and will likely be back.

I decided to try this food truck since I would always see it when I'd past by. I'm glad I did! I've tried both yakisoba and udon noodles, both are very good.My favorite item to get and the main reason I keep coming back is the Fried Rice with shirmp. I had been wanting to find a tasty fried rice and this spot didn't disappoint. Customer service is good as well, very friendly staff.They have great seating area with great shade if you decide to eat there.Prices are reasonable and affordable for the amount of food they serve you.
