Heavenly Yogurt

It was our first time! Such a delicious frozen yogurt treat! It's a cozy small establishment, family friendly. They have limited seating and have family friendly games to play. Exceptionally kind service. Nice selection of toppings and plenty of flavors of frozen yogurt to choose from. They do allow taste sampling. We will definitely be back!

Heavenly Yogurt is a cute local spot for your fro-yo cravings. I dropped by recently for some dessert, and had a positive, but fairly average, experience. The shop had your standard fro-yo machines against the far wall, with a self-serve toppings station just before the weigh and pay. They provide little cups for samples and the person at the cash register was very friendly. I got a mix of flavors: tart, cookie monster, chocolate shake, and salted caramel. The topping bar had a lot of variety but was not as extensive as the offerings at other fro-yo places I love. Of course, mochi is a must, despite its relatively dense nature. I paid about $4.50 for my portion. As you can see in the photo, the amount was quite small. The tart flavor were quite nice in its simplicity, though I would have loved to see a honey Greek yogurt flavor (aka my favorite of all time!). The malty chocolate taste was very satisfying. The cookie monster was startlingly blue, and tasted too artificial for me. The salted caramel had very little presence. Perhaps it was overpowered by everything else going on in my cup. In general, I noticed that all of the flavors I got were very runny. Even in the air conditioned shop, they were already starting to do their best Wicked Witch of the West impression. The toppings were standard, nothing to write home about. I did get a chocolate covered marshmallow that felt more like taffy in my jaws. That was not my favorite. Overall, it's hard to pass on the convenience of this place, though the frozen yogurt itself is not my favorite. I don't usually crave fro-yo but if I start dreaming about a cold, sweet treat in the scorching summer days, I will probably swing by Heavenly desserts for my fix.

Heavenly is my favorite yogurt spot, by far. The yogurt speaks for itself but the staff is what keeps me coming back. The owner has done such a great job with the place and his staff is always so warm and inviting. My little guy loves going, especially for the 'white ice cream with m&ms'. The açaí bowls are where it's at!! So many flavor options - and so yummy!! I love that it's right around the corner and we can go so often. Keep that COLD BREW &DOLE WHIP froyo on the menu!!!!

Do you want that oh so popular Disneyland dole whip without having to get in the car and do the 90 minute drive to Anaheim? Basically just come here and fill that cup up with the oh so creamy, so refreshing, so pineapple-y & DISNEYLAND DOLE WHIP CUP VIBES!!When I found out they had my #1 favorite go-to sweet treat...I got on my bike and let the wind + my legs get me here as quick as possible. Upon entering, I was like oh this place is cute, okay I see you Heavenly Yogurt. By no means is it your chain Yogurtland but this place has some character. It's cute inside, clean, quality flavors to choose from. Everyone is bound to be satisfied, they capture all taste buds. Toppings - NOW not sure if this is a standard thing nationwide with every yogurt shop due to the pandemic, but now all of the "all you can add toppings" are truly not. They come in these cheap lil plastic ramekins and you have to just get your plastic ramekin with the topping of your choice (i.e, sour gummy worms, coconut, granola, etc..) and then they charge for the amount of ramekins you come to check out with. One thing I do not like is how they charge by SIZE of your cup. I am a fan of just I put what I want in my cup and you just weigh that baby. Therefore, this place is more pricier.....Quality is the same as any yogurt shop, the toppings are all pretty typical of a yogurt shop, so why do ya gotta be more pricier? I would love to see that change, but basically it reminds me of like a PINKBERRY (which I despise because I do not like someone else giving me my serving, like I WANNA DO IT) but it is a hint reminiscent of that. You have control but at the same time the pricing is skewed based on standard SMALL / MEDIUM / LARGE and then how many toppings you select (1,2,3 etc...)So pro's and con's but it wont stop me because there really is no other yogurt shop in this neck of the woods.AND LIKE I STARTED OFF WITH, they have PINEAPPLE DOLE WHIP...yup, that's why I started with that lol.ENJOY!

I recently moved into this neighborhood, with Heavenly Yogurt just a 7 minute walk away from my new house. Inside in a pleasantly light, clean and welcoming seating area, surrounded by some tempting yogurt machines with a variety of tempting flavors. But...$6.75 is the high starting price for the smallest cup, but its actually a good size. Still quite expensive! But maybe this was the best frozen yogurt in San Diego? I poured myself a healthy serving of Pistachio and Cold Brew Stok Coffee. Adding syrup and a topping is 75 cents each, so I skipped those. Besides, I wanted to taste the purity of the yogurt. It was average and seemed very artificial. Not for me. I'm sure if I was in my early 20s or younger I would've enjoyed this a lot more, but now I'm an old food snob. I'm sure your kids will love this place though!

The best yogurt in town, great service and friendly staff. Sit back and relax, play some games and enjoy your yogurt. Oh and I can't forget the amazing Acai bowls.

My family and I love coming to Heavenly. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Their choices of frozen yogurt are versatile and the toppings bar is endless. Don't sleep on their Açaí bowls, they are fresh and delicious! Support Local!!!

Wonder atmosphere, very clean, slightly overpriced. Small selection of candy toppings, but didn't see any Reece's toppings, and no hot fudge or whip cream. Would love to see more topping options.

this little place is fantastic! great tasting yogurt, huge variety of topping everyone will love, and even some that are diet friendly! the owner is kind as well which only makes it more likeable of an experience. this will continue to be my weekly treat spot!
