Hanu Korean BBQ

a great meal! my fiancé and i had three rounds and all of the meat was well marinated and tasty. the service was great! the robots brought out our meat in a timely manner and the servers ensured the meat was on our table when space was available.they played the hits, from r&b to pop, the vibes were immaculate! would come back again.

Overall based on customer service, the quality of the food, including the side dishes, I would not come here again. We went on Thursday 8/8 around 4:30pm.We ordered several things that were disappointing. For example, the rice paper kept falling apart, despite asking for replacements. I've never seen rice paper also heated up, so when I asked for it not to be, they still fell apart. We also ordered the beef brisket, garlic pork belly, beef belly, and bulgogi. The only one I liked was the pork belly, but the quality of the meat was not as good as ones on Convoy in San Diego and LA.For the service, despite them being nice, it was hard to flag down the waiters, since they were busy attending other tables (who were there after us AND got their stuff before us). Additionally, they did forget requests of ours and having to ask multiple times did not sit well with us.The individual price of this KBBQ place is pricey compared to other places on Convoy that have better quality meat and service, as well as more reasonable prices for each person. I would rather drive out a bit than for the convenience of having a KBBQ place close by at the time.Hoping for improvements if I do come out to this place again in the near future and update this review!

Meats & Music was on point. Food came quick and was enjoyable. Amazing quick service from the servers.Would recommend to others in the Eastlake/Chula Vista area.

Been here quite a few times and each time has been great so far - despite some low star reviews. Love the food and most of the time it's pretty lean and generous servings, after all it's AYCE. I love their side dishes and we always have a bottle of Soju. Service was good and they always were attentive and we didn't have to wait long for everything. The music wasn't as loud as a year ago but that's great do we can have a conversation, the parking is open and easy. All in all - it's good for being local but it's still pricey but so is gas to drive to Convoy.

First time was the worst experience ever!!!!!Very bad customer service because they were closing but it was 3 hrs before they closed. Food was food because the vibe is not good so it affects the food and how we feel.

Love the atmosphere, customer service and variety of meats and sides! Highly recommend. All at a reasonable price.

Just finished at Hanu and all I can say is I definitely got my moneys worth! It was delicious and the service was phenomenal. Will be coming back very soon!

Great food and service! Good variety of options for the basic and premium option. Seafood options weren't listed on the menu but we would come here again.

Hanu has decent kbbq and is close enough for me to return. Just recommend they consider turning on the A/C to keep customers comfortable

Good Food, good Service, affordable prices. Ambiance is nice but Needs turns On The AC higher.
