Frazier Farms

I have had two recent negative experiences with Frazier Farms grocery store, specifically with their takeout pizza service.The first incident occurred when I placed an order for pizzas and went to pick them up. Upon arrival, the person in charge of the pizza station informed me that he would not be able to fulfill my order. He claimed to have called me to notify me of this issue, but that was simply untrue--I never received any calls. I spoke to a manager that day who was very apologetic about the situation. To make amends, he offered me a gift card and even comped the groceries I was purchasing at that time. While I appreciated his effort to rectify the situation, it did not change the fact that my plans were inconvenienced and my time wasted.After a few months, I decided to give Frazier Farms another chance and ordered three pizzas for takeout. I placed my order around 5:55 PM for a 7:00 PM pickup. When I arrived at the store, the person in charge of the pizzas informed me that the pizzas were not ready. He claimed to have attempted to contact me and mentioned that he had six pizzas to make ahead of mine, which would delay my order by at least another hour. This was clearly untrue, as I had no missed calls or messages from them. I asked to speak to a manager and was surprised to find myself talking to Oggy, the same manager from my previous incident. Although he was extremely apologetic, he did not offer any resolution this time. Frustrated, I left and ordered pizzas elsewhere.These experiences have left me disappointed with the level of service at Frazier Farms. While the management tried to address the issue the first time, the repeated problems with their takeout service make it hard for me to trust that similar issues won't happen again. I hope they take steps to improve their communication and reliability in the future.

Frazier Farms is one of the best smaller, and unique grocers out there. I actually love shopping here but my reviews, unfortunately, are a reflection of the deli service.I ordered a sandwich, cold, with various meat and cheese on sourdough. Easy order [I thought]. What do I get when I get home? Well, for the second time, I get a cold sandwich where they have grilled the bread, again. How ridiculous is this?! Not only did I write down the order very clear, but I circled, "COLD". So, by the time I arrived home the bread is a stale-like encasement of the quality meats in them. One time I ordered one sandwich, went to pick up the bag and they had made two sandwiches. Why? oh, because I had asked for the two halves to be wrapped separately. Ok, WHA??!!!

I was out of town for about 6 years and the store opened while I wasn't here. I came in here within the first week I was back and was very impressed with everything about the store, the selection, the employees, the quality, cleanliness and availability of products that may not be in other stores. Some of their items are fairly high price but other things are very reasonable and they have great sales on the fruits and vegetables every week. It's definitely one of the health food stores on my rounds when I shop for healthy foods for myself. Good job, Frazier Farms!

Frazier Farms is the 3rd to open in San Diego with an abundance of healthy options and a smoothie bar! My friends raved about their smoothies and bought me one of my choice. You fill out a paper form and select your choice of smoothie or food item and can add additional toppings for extra. I ordered a Green Protein smoothie and it was very strong with the peanut butter packed in. The smoothie was thick and I could taste a lot of apple juice. I would try a different one next time. My friend got a Blue Lagoon smoothie and it was tarte but refreshing. I noticed a lot of deals within the shelves and bought some macadamia milk and some cereal that I was craving. Although smaller, I like their selection better than most chain grocery stores and would come across Frazier Farms again when I need a grocery restock in the future!

This store is always clean everything looks great cashiers are always nice and I always get help when I need it.

I love this grocery store! They have a variety of delicious foods in their deli. For example, you can make your own sandwich by picking the bread cheese and condiments. There also is a variety of hot and cold specialty sandwiches to choose from. The sandwiches are huge and are under $10. There also is a variety of sushi, fresh baked pizza, desserts, fresh smoothies, freshly made soup and juices.They also have a whole section of a variety of cheeses to make yummy charcuterie boards. In addition to the regular grocery stuff like fruits, vegetables, frozen items, etc. The employees here are always so helpful and answer any questions I have. There is a big parking lot and parking is easy.

I have been eyeing this store for awhile but finally have been able to stop in and I loved it. They have a ton of selection of food items and a few items like sea moss that I haven't been able to find at other health food stores. Everyone I encountered that worked there was super friendly and helpful as well. The ambiance was great. It seemed as if they regularly had employees going through and straightening the aisles because everything was so kept. Definitely will be back to check out more items they have to offer.

My friends and I wanted to stop in after going hiking at Mission Trails. They were talking about how delicious their sandwiches are that they make at their deli. I ordered a turkey sandwich with all the delicious toppings. It was so good and was super affordable. I also did some other shopping for things I was missing for the week ahead. I love all the fresh food they make in house. The staff is super friendly and lets you sample the options available. I also got their fresh peanut butter and local raw honey. I'm excited about the honey since it's been my go-to sweetener for coffee.

Hi... I love,love,love exceptional customer service. So when it's given I write a review because customer service has gone out the window with a lot of businesses. I came in looking for "everything bagel" seasoning. It seemed like they were out but to make sure I asked an employee ...he said "let me take a look in the back, do you have more shopping to do" I replied "yes, I do" He said "ok I'll look for you and let you know if we have any in the back" Are u kidding me??? You're gonna look for me as I continue to shop.....WHHAATTTT????? He went above & beyond to make sure I didn't stop doing what I came there for.He did find me and unfortunately they were out. I was so impressed. Thank you Jon(I took a peek at his name tag) I believe his tag said store manager.Thank you Jon..for exceptional service! You deserve a raise...not just a "good job" hand shake!!!

I came in a few weeks ago looking for something to bring to a dinner party and Randy was so helpful! He explained the ingredients for some of the packs of cookies they make there. I got the tahini salt ones and the peanut butter cup ones and they were sooo tasty and super popular at the party!!
