This place was more epic than the 2024 Olympic opening, far more tasty than the waters of the Seine River, and more aesthetic than that assassin they hired from Turkey for that shooting competition.Throw in a bathroom that makes you go back to 1990's strobelight effects (in a good way) and servers that delivered food faster than how that same retired assassin lost his vibe check because of tweeting Elon, and you have a hell of a place to go eat, I tell you what.Definitely come here if you like french onion soup, and creme brulee.

honestly, maybe I just went on an off night, but I didn't really think as highly of this place as it seems everyone else does. the food was okay, but the duck was overcooked, the tartare was pretty uninspired if you ask me and lacking a lot of acidity and the place sort of just has this musty old vinegar/blue cheese smell to it? for the price I probably won't be back :(

Terrific evening tonight. Every single person with whom we had contact was just excellent. Service was great but not hovering, perfect.I had the corn soup (terrific) and the coq au vin (also very good) my sister had the linguini, she loved it and the duck mousse appetizer which was also just great. We finished with the Grand Marnière souffle and it was wonderful, the best I've had in years.

Came here for their Tuesday date nights, and highly recommend it! I'm always a sucker for pre-fixe menus and this one is a deal and a steal. You get two sets of 3 course meals and an entire bottle of wine to share for $53pp. Definitely make a reservation in advance, too. We got the mushroom ravioli, reblochon phyllo, boeuf bourguignon, crème brûlée, strawberry cake and beajoulais wine. The appetizers were awesome, the boeuf bourguignon was one of the best I've had (the pasta was better than almost every Italian place I've tried here) and was perfectly al dente, and the wine was great too. The desserts were probably the only thing I could have gone without, but that's only because I'm a baker and have annoyingly particular standards. The wait staff was great and the ambience is very nice for a date night. Would absolutely recommend!

I have driven by a gazillion times! I finally decided during the week to visit . Finding a parking space use to be easy but now it will always be an issue. Parking closer to the bridge is your best bet!We walked in, told the friendly hostess that we didn't have a reservation, and it was our first time. We were given a table in the middle of the dining room which allowed me to see everything. If we weren't in San Diego, I would think we were somewhere else. Salim took great care of us, but the whole staff works together to make sure everyone has a great experience. We started with the Reblochon Croustillant which had warm reblochon cheese in phyllo dough and came with some mixed greens, sooooo good! I always get the steak frites which will tell me more about the restaurant because some places do not get it right. This one was sooooooooo delicious!! Tender steak and that sauce was amazing! Had to dip my fries into it as well! When Salim mentioned the Grand Marnier souffle of the day, I had to have it and that creme anglaise was soooooooo goood! We enjoyed the meal with a great Malbec, Chateau du Théron. It was definitely a great meal for the first visit! I can't wait to come back! Oh, and they are dog friendly with a cute little patio out front! I'm sure Cako will approve!!!

We came here to celebrate my sister. Party of 10. Saleem was our main server. I loved how they all worked as a team and helped out whatever was needed. Kudos on teamwork. We ordered a lot of delicious food. It was nice to sample everything. I made sure I fasted all day so I can splurge in the evening. Lol Everything was over the top amazing! Presentation was on spot, all the flavor notes, etc. THIS PLACE should receive the Michelin Star rating!! I've been to other French restaurants and this place is the BEST in town! Started with the Soupe à l'oignon gratinéeTraditional French onion soup, melted Emmental cheeseNOTE:Sooo Delicious!! Ravioli aux champignonsHomemade mushroom ravioli, white truffle oil, parmesan, port wine mushroom sauceNote: These are yummy and sharable. Salade du jardin au bleu Bibb lettuce, endive salad, toasted walnuts, tangerine, pickled shallots, radishes, gorgonzola, basil-grapefuit vinaigrette**Note: This was delicious but I preferred the Burrata Salad..Salade de farro à la burrataFarro salad, burrata, Brussels sprouts, butternut squash, persimmons, apple, grapes, candied pecans, maple vinaigrette**Note: My choice for salad. Delicious! Escargots à l'ail et PastisBurgundy snails, pastis, hazelnuts, garlic-parsley butter**Note: You have to have a food palate for this. Everyone else enjoyed it, it was ok for me. Coquilles St-Jacques, beurre aux herbesSeared Maine diver scallops, potato gallette, braised broccolini, herb butter sauceTraditionnel coq au vin, pommes sautéesBraised chicken leg, braised leeks chunky mashed potatoes, bacon, red wine sauceBoeuf bourguignon traditionnelClassic beef Bourguignon, fresh pappardelle pasta, white mushrooms, carrots, pearl onions, cabernet sauce**Note: All the entrees were delicious. You can't go wrong with any choice. All perfect in flavor with pure love put into them. MUSSELS Moules marinière White wine, garlic, shallot, herb butter, cream | Served with friesMoules au homardLobster bisque, carrots, fennel, shallots, garlic, tarragon butter, cognac | Served with friesNote: Got two different kinds. Both delicious! I love the flavorful broth of the mussels.Onto Dessert. By this time I was super full. Just eager to sample everything. lol Charlotte aux fraisesStrawberry short cake, raspberry coulis, fresh berries, passion fruit sauceCrème brûlée vanille-framboiseVanilla-raspeberry crème brulée, fresh berriesSoufflé du jourSoufflé of the dayMy faves for dessert are the soufflé and crème brûlée The soufflé takes at least 20 minutes to prepare and the brûlée is rich and creamy!! Again the experience here overall was AMAZING! Great attentive staff, delicious food, great company and all the good feels. I highly recommend this place. I could eat soup and mussels all day! lol

This place is so cute with a beautiful dining room setting. The staff members were very friendly and attentive. We had bread to start off then a salad for the appetizer, and scallops for the main course. Everything was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be coming back.

Did a San Diego girls trip, and one of the girls suggested we go here; first time for the rest of us! Parking was honestly quite the struggle, so go 15-20 mins earlier than the reservation.Vibes: romantic and quiet on a Friday nightService: pleasant experience all aroundTartare De Boeuf, Toasted Baguette Croutons: 3/5 these were alright, there isn't really any flavor in the tartare and it's dependent on the pickles. Not worth orderingBrillat-savarin: 10000/5 the best cheese I ever had since Spain. If you don't want to eat anything just come here for this cheese and drinks, you won't regret it. The combination with the honeycomb is a match made in heavenMoules du jour: 4/5 perfectly cooked, well seasoned mussels. A lot of European style mussels are way too salty, but not this one!Confit De Canard, Sauce Figues Et Porto: 10/5 thought duck mag be rather dry but it was surprisingly juicy and tender. Loved the garnish and potato crisp on the side too, complemented the duck sauce real well.Between the 3 of us we shared 2 apps and 2 mains and we were pretty full. Generous portions, fun location to browse before and after, and delectable food!!

Went to Happy Hour here and everything I had was quite tasty. We tried the baguette and butter $6, croustillant de Reblochon (cheese filled phyllo dough) $13 and the raviolis aux champignons (mushroom ravioli) $15. For drinks I tried the cucumber gimlet $13 and the tequila mockingbird $12 and both were great. I would not say it's a cheap happy hour, but the food and drinks were definitely high quality and the service was great.

Come here for happy hour before dinner. We enjoyed all the cocktails and the food we ordered including the mushroom ravioli and salad with cheese wrapped in phyllo. The bread was so good we ordered a second serving. The service here is excellent like what you would expect from a Michelin star restaurant. Would love to come back for dinner.
