Meh. I've been here a handful of times and I've tried my drinks half sweet, 30% sweet and 75% sweet and they're always WAY TOO SWEET.I don't even know if they're adjusted because they literally always too sweet for my taste no matter how I order. The jasmine milk tea tastes more like milk than tea, the boba is inconsistent, sometimes they're undercooked and a little more hard, ice levels inconsistent too...sometimes lukewarm from not enough ice, sometimes a ton of ice...I probably won't be back anymore after having given it a few tries. I'm a Boba Time fan so I guess I'll just have to drive my self to National City...:(

We were in the mood for boba and searched for a place nearby with decent scores. I got the Brown Sugar Crèam Brûlée based of one of they reviews and boy I'm glad I listened..it was super yummy. It was creamy and sweet and had warm soft boba in it. I couldn't stop drinking it. It took a decent amount of time to get it. I can't complain. The place was clean with a small amount of inside seating.I would go here again for this Boba if ever in the neighborhood again.

Ordered:1-Brown Sugar Creme Brûlée is a must and this by far is a better one than what we have had in other boba places. 1-Vietnamese Coffee with Coffee Jelly. It was good and strong just like an authentic Vietnamese coffee. With the added jelly was an excellent twist to it. 1-Bulgogi Fries was actually pretty good as it even had sautéed onions in it. The fries were crisp and the meat was tender BUT they drowned it in the sauce. If you take it to go the fries will be soggy. My advice is to lighten up on the sauce as it is pretty good. Don't drown the food. When you charge that much, customers expect to taste the fries not mashed potatoes.Place is pretty chill and very clean. The decor had all kinds of bamboo plates, shades, lights and I will mention again bamboo throughout the establishment. The restrooms were clean and had ample parking given all the other things happening in the plaza.Service is fast as there were 2 making drinks and one person in the kitchen. Will definitely come back and try the other drinks and foods on the menu.....just NOT the Bulgogi Fries!

Came to those location a little while back.. ordered my usual brown sugar Milk tea. Without modification, i felt like the original location's tasted richer in flavor.. still very good though! My kids got their popcorn chicken and it was a huge portion. Even without spice, it was juicy and flavored nicely. Some spice powder was given on the side to add though. The former tapex location, it's small but there's several tables and chairs to hangout inside. At the time of our visit, they weren't serving their fish waffles... The girls behind the counter were friendly... but I notice they were a bit slow in getting drinks out.

There's a fly in my drink. Holding it upside down to prove it's unopened as well... with my superhuman vision I was able to spot this bug. Please give me a year of free drinks to make up for this experience

This is a cute little spot, that recently opened a second location in Eastlake as well. There's a little place that you could take some photos if you're feeling photogenic. There is a lot of in-house made Boba products here. You can really taste the difference at this place that there is a homemade vibe. The Vietnamese coffee with ube foam is killer!!! And those are some of the best beef bulgogi fries I've ever had. They can get a little busy, but the service members are still polite. Parking is a little too tight, but nothing to fret over. Petula Vista location is located conveniently not too far off of the freeway, and also close to the mall if you wanted to do a little shopping.

What a cute little boba shop. Love the decor with hanging baskets and plants from the ceiling, the cute boba trashcans, and cute sitting areas. This place is definitely IG worthy. They have unique drinks that I normally don't see elsewhere. Love that they also offer food and snacks. I had the chicken Katsu plate and they really loaded it up! I seem to be pretty busy, considering that they just opened a couple weeks ago. Happy to see the support of the community for a local business.

We are big fans of Dori Boba & so happy to discover a new location, closer to home! The decor is fabulous! The owner is great at design and execution! Since it's a new location I won't rate them about customer service. But I did feel it was lacking. The 3 girls were making drinks and nobody covered the register. It wasn't busy at all. It took a while to be acknowledged and helped. We ordered our all time favorite- Thai tea with boba. I then inquired about the wings. (Customer Suggestion: just get the popcorn chicken) The cashier did explain the bone-in wings being heavily breaded and how garlic butter was most popular. So I felt intrigued & wanted to give it a try. When we got the wings I noticed how large they were. I'm not a fan of big, fatty wings but was hoping the batter and seasonings would make up for it but....nope! The chicken batter and seasoning was flavorless. I didn't taste garlic at all. They could have used scallions or something with flavor but sauteed with butter, onion and green peppers just didn't hit like other places with salt and pepper wings (nothing like it) again adding some flavor to these in the future would be great! Also it is too much breading. The wings were fried for a while so the breading was thick, hard and just popped off the entire wing, leaving it bread-less anyway. Bottom line...the drinks are amazing and popcorn chicken looked so good! (I saw other customers get it) Bone-in wings here...not so much?!

We were in the area so we stopped by for a treat before the long drive back home. This new location is super cute and cozy! It was pretty busy for a Saturday night, but they got our order out pretty quickly. We tried:Mango Slush (for the kiddo, no boba)Dragonfruit Kumquat Tea w/ boba & rainbow jelly Roasted Coconut Foam Jasmine Tea w/ boba Eggrolls Love that we can adjust sweetness on the drinks, they were all so good. And those are some of the best eggrolls - our minds were pretty blown by just how good, and they give you a lot too!
