Donut Bros

This is one of those places that I'm so thankful for, and simultaneously not happy! The donuts are perfect. AND they are available on Door Dash! But that's just bad news if you're trying to lose weight! What a dilemma....Well, let's get to the stuff. The glaze donuts are just right. Moist. Great rise on the dough. Great flavor. Way too easy to eat! And then there are the jelly filled. I love jelly filled donuts. I've had plenty of bad ones from donut shops. Honestly, these Donut Bros are just right! You got the same perfect dough and then the filling is not too sugary sweet and they have nice fruit flavor. I love the raspberry. Just tried the mini apple fritters today. And once again, they are just right! They got all the flavor, chunks of apple, crispy edges and soft insides. They break apart for perfect lil' bites with my coffee. Haven't had a bad donut here. So... yah. I'm doomed.

We ordered from Donut bros over Covid. They have some of the best donuts in East county. They have a great variety and I have liked all of them. I've never been in the shop only ordered delivery. Service has always been good.

Donuts were great, but the person helping us was one of the owners and he was not friendly or polite at all. He made me and my friends feel like more of a burden than valued customers. I wouldn't really recommend anyone to come in unless you are looking for poor service. :/

Best donuts in East County. Better than Mary's! On par with Zona's. Very nice staff, too. Thank you!

i used to come here all the time before work, however their service has been pretty bad the last few times i've stopped by. i always seem to go in when one of the owners is there and he always has a pretty bad attitude. i work with people all day, i know it can get tough, but there is no need to treat your customers poorly. my coworkers and i now avoid this place because of him.

I found this place by coincidence when I was driving by it, I stopped in to try some donuts. Oh man they are delicious everybody's really helpful and nice and the donuts are really well-made soft fresh and the big. Really recommend this place.

Super happy we found this place. The glazed donuts are *perfection* and I know the donut holes must be too. The apple fritters are perfectly baked & just the right amount of sweet, despite looking way too sweet. And the staff was sweet & friendly, plus it looks way cuter inside than you'd expect for a strip mall. 10/10

I ordered donuts for my kids they asked me for sprinkle donuts so I put in the comments 2 sprinkle donuts please included in the dozen I ordered. I received my order and not one was there and the whole reason I ordered it was because that's what they asked me for, I called them and said I think you might have forgotten the donuts and he said "ohhhh ufffff, we ran out" and I said oh ok so if I came in to pick a couple would you have some he's like oh ya ya I have them. So what's with the dishonesty? To me that's a no brainer I won't be giving them my business anymore. Like how lame is this place, who does that. I found him weird and a liar.

Well, once again, I've been disappointing ever since they got the remodel done, their service is just gone straight down in the tank I ordered a dozen of variety donuts as they advertised what I got was a bunch of the same thing and apparently several days old I will not! I repeat Will not ever shop here again and will not recommend this place to anyone
