So shocked to see people rating this so poor! The food here is always good with nice portions. I usually get breakfast burritos and California burritos and they never disappoint!I would recommend this taco shop, especially over other Cotijas in SD

Always a good Taco Tuesday Night. $1.99 Carne Asada, Pollo Asado, Carnitas, and also Al Pastor Tacos. They have delicious rice and beans and guacamole and chips. All of their fresh salsas, cucumbers, radishes, and lemons are delicious. The staff is super customer service oriented and they are very helpful if you have any questions about food. I love that the food is prepared fresh and made to order. We come for Taco Tuesdays, and it is a great choice for us.Tonight, we ordered: 4 Carne Asada Tacos, 2 Fish Tacos, 1 Potato Taco, 1 Carnitas Taco, Rice & Beans, Chips with Guacamole, 2 Mexican beers, and 1 Medium Horchata. Everything was delicious, as usual!

I spent $14 for a build your own burrito and I was bummed that it wasn't better! I ordered a breakfast burrito with eggs, bacon, sour cream and hash browns. I couldn't find the hash browns and there wasn't enough bacon. Had I ordered an egg and sour cream burrito it would've been great, but such was not the case. Remember back in the day when breakfast burritos were way cheaper? Well this burrito should've been cheaper because it certainly wasn't worth $14! The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because it was made fast and it was hot.

Size matters and the burritos we ordered (5) all were quite hefty and bigger than our L friends down the street. Breakfast combos were great and even had a make your own. You can easily make a meal for 2 with one of them. We ordered the Steak, Breakfast, Hashbrown and 2 Create Your Own Burritos. We asked for no sour cream in all of ours. The Stea was very, very good. Brealfast Burro was my 2nd favorite and the others were good but had my top 2 for next time. The only negative was they labeled all 5 burritos wrong.

I went here for taco Tuesday and ended up getting an extra taco, and no it wasn't free. The cashier added an extra taco. One I didn't ask for. So yeah, ask for a receipt the next time you go to verify no surprises. Their food is fantastic and will keep coming here. They have indoor seating and there's plenty of parking. If your in the area I would recommend it.

We used to order breakfast burritos every Sunday. Today not only do they charge $7.99 for breakfast and $11.75 for Machaca but it cubes with ALL BEANS. They had a blob of sour cream and barely any egg and no meat. When I called the cashier said "well it comes with beans" and that I need to speak with the owner. Won't be coming back!!

Today we got an order of roll tacos, expensive and just bad.We got carne asada burrito and again not good. The meat is low quality and they are not even chopped the meat good.People stop eating here, is the only way the owners will do something about it.I don't recommend this place.

The food is consistently good. This is our go to place for carne asada chips and shrimp burritos. They also have the best fish rolled tacos. Only downside is that the sauce cups are way too small. When I have a large order, it takes too many cups to get enough hot sauce to please everyone. Check your order before you leave. They tend to give you an extra item you didn't ask for.

Excellent customer service and great food.Carne Asada Fries and Chicken Enchiladas are our go to orders!

I ordered the 5 Rolled tacos with guacamole Special. When I got home there was barely guacamole. I returned back to the restaurant. I showed the lady at the counter the very scarily amount of guacamole, The lady told me the guacamole melted. WTF, melting guacamole. Never had that type before.
