My significant other and I absolutely love this place, if you want quality, and an easygoing straight forward smoking experience, this place is the spot! The customer service is always amazing and I feel very welcomed as well as always leaving with a smile and always wanting to come back! Shoutout to Moe for always providing us with some of the best recommendations and being super nice!

I absolutely love this place. Let's start with the customer service! Sary and his team work so hard to make sure your experience here is a five star experience. The decor is very Egyptian and Modern. The music is versatile. From rap, middle eastern music, R&B, neosoul or even reggaetón you will love the music. They are very attentive when changing the coals. In regards to the sheesha they have a good list of flavors. Their happy hour is from 3pm-7pm which means for a hookah is $12.00. Talk about a deal! Yasssss. If you are a college student who needs somewhere to relax and study I would suggest this spot. Another plus is this hookah lounge is open until 3am! This spot is the best after hour spot! Stays open till 3am. Unlike other places in this area *cough* Sunset cafe and hookah *cough*, they actually stay true to the hours listed in their site. Provided great customer service, and quality smoke. We were getting clouds Thy also have an authentic atmosphere, with the paintings and set up of seats there. Music makes you feel like you're in the motherland Will come again

I dig this place... you buy your hookah of choice, choose a seat and they leave you alone other than coming to re-coal you or pack a new bowl for you.Chill folks hip spot. If you like normal heights and you like hookah you'll like this spot.

This is one the best lounges i've ever been in. The service is exceptional and the staff are extremely friendly and super awesome. The hookahs are really good and cheaaapppp. I especially enjoy the environment with soothing music. Thank Sari and Khalid for being wonderful and accepting us as part of the Cleo family!!!!

Hate to admit it but if I'm being honest, I'm a bit of a hookah snob. I just like it a certain way. Thick smoke clouds, no burn, and long lasting. They hit all the marks on 10. They have a bunch of great flavors, the guy at the counter (Sammy?) is really knowledgeable about which flavors go with what, and overall chill ambiance. Not crazy loud. I can't stand clubs that try to do hookah. This is way more my vibe. Chill.

Called twice to see if they are even open, no replies. I live in carlsbad and not going to make the trip on a maybe. Oh well, lost a customer without me stepping foot in the building. At 9:59pm tried calling again, goes straight to voicemail. Ive never seen a business not want to get a customers patronage but these guys are great at helping you choose to go elsewhere. Plenty if lounges like Prince on college ave that are better.
