Christy's Donuts

We had donuts in the Midwest but nothing like California. There are donut shops everywhere out here and the competition is fierce! I consider myself lucky that my favorite donut shop is just a short walk away. The storefront is unassuming, and the donuts are not flashy, but they are delicious! My favorite for a long time was a Chocolate Raised- a fluffy donut with a little chocolate on top (see the one with M&M's- they are optional). After several years of consistency I had to branch out so I tried the Chocolate Cake with colored sprinkles (see top R in the box). OMG they are so good!! Some people want super fancy stuff with designs, or huge donuts, or funky flavors. I just like good tasting basic donuts. For this- Christy's can't be beat! Randomly went here while waiting for our burrito a couple doors down. You can smell the donuts from the outside in the parking lot and it made me crave a maple donut. There was no one in the store and it looked very similar to other mom & pop donut shops. The Asian lady working there took our order and recommended we either get a blueberry or chocolate with peanuts donut since they just came out of the oven. We ordered the maple, two different blueberry donuts and the choco with peanuts. She was so sweet to let us know she had some fresh ones. The donuts surprised us bc they were so good and moist. Our fave was the blueberry without the glaze bc it was similar to the m&m donut in Anaheim. The maple was perfect and the choco w/ peanuts was decadent. We don't live close to here but hopefully next time we're around we would love to drop by again.

Christy's has been my fun treat for over 5 years. I can't seem to stay away and now that I've moved, I've found myself searching for the perfect cakey bite of sweetness. Tucked away in a small parking lot next to Stump's market, you'll find this cute family owned donut shop: Christy's. You're greeted right away and the women remember you if you're a regular which is very cute. You'll find the shop filled with people in the mornings because the donuts here are DIVINE!! The prices are fair for the quality received. You have the option to get your donuts filled with whip cream or custard (filled at time of ordering). Choose from old fashion, cake donuts, raised donuts, sprinkles, jelly filled... whatever your little heart desires Let the perfect moist and delicious donuts rock your taste buds next time you're on the point. It's truly love at first BITEIf you love this place, you'll love their family's other place in the same lot P.L Bagels. Next time you want to spread some cheer at work or a gathering, stop in to grab some donuts and then some yummy bagels. Star of the show in the making!

First time here and won't be the last! Was craving something sweet and realized I haven't had a doughnut in years! Christy's popped up and was down the street so I decided to give it a try and I am so happy I did! Apple fritter, blueberry cake and a crueller. So delicious and hit the spot for my sweet craving! Also, an added plus of a super sweet lady working behind the counter!

This place is the absolute best! The owners are so kind and we love the sweet faces we see here. The doughnuts are perfectly soft and not too overpowering. Just about the perfect pastry from your neighborhood shop! I personally love the blueberry cake donut and the apple fritter, but my fiancée loves the French crueler and donut holes.

The glazed buttermilk bat and the glazed blueberry donut went fantastic dunking I'm my coffee. Love this place!!!

Donuts are very tasty and it's owned by the nicest couple. Would definitely recommend!

Went here for the first time recently, they have wonderful service and donuts! Will definitely be back soon!
