Standard Chick-Fil-A and nothing really special here. There's two drive thru lanes so it goes by pretty quick. The service is mid, but I don't expect anything more. I've been inside once and there's a huge dining room and hardly has people in it. Ambience is nonexistent since it's the run of the mill Chick-Fil-A. The sauce area is usually messy. But I still come back.

Good food, slow service in drive thru. Please hire more people. It's pretty obvious that you are short staffed. Food quality is great here. Waited 17mins in drive thru for our food, one Chick Fil A Meal with a shake. We want to see this place shine, lots of high schoolers getting out of school...check their apps. A couple of kids in line with us said they had been waiting 2 months to get hired.

I'm a signature member at Chick-fil-A. Everyone in the family enjoys their menu. However, this location has poor-quality food and even worse customer service. I ordered a meal and they gave me their trash, their scraps of fries, there supposed to be crisscut fries, not crispy scrappy fries! I couldn't enjoy my meal, I didn't get even 1 full-size potato fry. So today,I went back, my daughter has the flu and she wanted chicken noodle soup. I requested to speak to the manager, a female, and after I showed her a picture, she just said, "Well I don't check the quality of the food" I'm like what???? Never going back. The rest of the crew, the male manager too, kept Looking at me, like if I've done something wrong while I was waiting for the soup. I would rather drive to the La Mesa location than to deal with poor customer service of this location.

I am so upset , pissed, now crying. Placed a 77.14 order. 3 meals. Order sided salad instead of fried. Drove all the way back as they didn't give that to me. They gave kale salad. Whatever that is. They made me refund the money then charged me again for the correct side. Which was 2 side Salads. You would think I would get it free since now my damn food is cold and I had to drive 14 mins back, total 28 mins. Get home and realized the damn sandwich are wrong. I am damn pissed. Spend almost 80.00 for wrong food, attitudes like its my fault you messed up. Now I have no food and out 80.00 they need to give repeat what they place for your order or give you a receipt so you can see if they employee placed it correctly. But no. Last time I'll ever go there or any chick filet

They ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS manage a way to screw up your order. Wrong drink, wrong sandwich, wrong sauce etc. This is the latest screw up ..... giving me the wrong sauce when I asked for ranch. The employees are not the stereotypical "CFA friendly" either.

I picked up a couple of biscuit breakfast sandwiches from this new Chick-fil-A in Spring Valley. I had one with bacon and the other with a sausage patty. They both came with scrambled eggs and cheese.The breakfast biscuits sandwiches were good. The bacon biscuits came with three small strips of bacon. The bacon was well cooked, crispy, and tasty. The eggs in both sandwiches were light and fluffy. They did need seasoning so I added some black pepper. Then again I really like black pepper.The sausage patty was very good on the second breakfast sandwich. The biscuits on both sandwiches were pretty. They were a little on the dry side but not by much. All in all they were both good breakfast items.Service at the counter was cordial and efficient.

Love that this chick fil a is so close to home! This site brought great opportunities for a lot of people, great job to the new staff , Jessenia was the person who took my order and she was very patient with me as I did take a long time deciding she also explained to me combo options, and Jose was such a nice gentleman he reassured my order and even verified if I wanted to upgrade any meals. Jessenia and Jose made my first trip to this location so efficient ! I will definitely be back !!!

Drive through takes too long, extra employees standing around doing nothing, they don't confirm your order as Chick-fil-A usually does. Came here twice both times chicken almost seems uncooked.
