Management. Employees Off the chain! I'm not a big fan of fast food places so I tried going inside vs drive thru. I thought it would be your typical order, wait and leave. But for some odd reason I felt so welcomed by friendly staff, that seem like they love their job. I'm not sure if this particular female was manager but she greeted me, complimented me and treated me the most kind. I thought Aw that's sweet, must be something in the air today lol but noh, someone else walked in and she greeted same. You can tell he was a Regular, that keeps coming back. I don't blame him,,,, this place is like "Cheers"! (Without the booz haha) I love smiling people that genuinely love their job! Someone give this girl a raise!

Worst carls jr. I've lived nearby for almost my whole life and it started sucking a while ago. Stale/cold fries, half filled fries, hard onion rings in burger, stale buns. Also even if there's nobody behind you at the drive through they often ask you to park up front. Why!? Don't go to this one get a burrito there's like 3-4 pretty good Mexican places nearby.

I just left the drive thru ( Tuesday, May 7th 8:30pm) ordered and paid for my food. Asked for ranch (after being asked if I wanted any ketchup) and Paul rolled his eyes at means slammed his hand to his leg. I honestly don't understand what I did to warrant that attitude over asking for ranch??? I hate to complain, especially with attitude because I understand people have their rough days but in this instance, they weren't busy (2 cars behind me) and I am ALWAYS nice, always saying please and thank you.Seems like just everyone is rude here, had another encounter the week before, teenage boy, golden brown hair (forgot to look at his name tag) constantly saying "WHAT" instead of excuse me. Have me my food and shut the window before I could even say anything. He came back a minute later saying "what do you need anything else?" And I told him my drink, he handed it to me and closed the window. No "I'm sorry about that" "have a good day" nothing. I think the General Manager needs to pay a visitWill be calling tomorrow. Other than that, the food is always good.

Yesterday, we went again to this Carl's Jr, as it has the freshest food, and we have gone to a few. Our only problem was we could not get the app working to redeem any of our points, we went in to finally resolve this issue. I could not believe it, even though they were very busy the manager helped us through getting the app working and we ordered food using some of our many stars. I wish I could remember her name but she was great, patient and kind. Always the best food and now they have some of the best helpers. She even helped when I messed up the order, just an awesome person, thanks it was a rough day for us.

This was our go to place for breakfast burritos. My daughter loves the bacon egg and cheese burrito. We all know how picky kids can be and when you find something they love you get it. It's also very convenient because we live right around the corner. I would say we visit this restaurant about 3x a week just for that item. Making going to school a breeze. I'm very disappointed in the service today. I sent my husband to order or usually and I guess there was an miscommunication. When he arrived home it was breakfast biscuits. So I call the store to kindly ask them to replace the biscuits with breakfast burritos. The manager that answered the phone told me I was not telling the truth and gave me attitude. He said he was listing to the order and my husband said biscuits. I explained that it doesn't matter and I would like my order replaced. He then raised his voice and continued to disagree with me. I told him "look I have hungry kids here and they only will eat the burrito". I guess he wanted to be right and I was wrong. What happen to great customer service? He also disagreed with my husband and argued with him when husband returned. I would not recommend anyone going to this store! You have lost my service!

~Zero stars ~Whole interaction today was awful. Missing 3 burgers from my mobile order. 3!! I returned to pick them up only to find the burgers that were made 20+ minutes ago were still sitting under a warming light. On top of that I find this pathetic piece of onion in my burger. I'm pretty sure employees are trained better than this. This just shows they absolutely don't care about the quality of food they're putting out. I rather drive a bit longer to another location than deal with incompetence.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Constantly messing up orders, food is always given to you cold. The transgender guy at the window seemed nice, but apparently was wrong about that as well. Called the store about missing items after spending 20 dollarsfor food for myself after work. The transgender person gets an attitude with me and hangs up the phone on me, after just simply asking him if I could come back by the following day to pick up my missing items. He completely remember me and acknowledged that they did miss the items I stated. Not sure what is going on with this place. Can't believe they even have a 2 star rating. Absolutely lost my business, hopefully they tear this place down and put something worth while with better customer service.
