I always go to this location when it's time to take a break from work since I worked just a couple of blocks awayThis time it was king of I don't even know what to call it, anyways I order my food drive through obviously, the person in front of me got my bag he/she reached in I guess with bare hands and found out it wasn't what he ordered and gave it back to the attendant I saw this from my car, when I reach the window the young lady handed the same bag to me I asked her, is this the same bag you gave to the person in front of me? She say yes with a smile, I asked is this the bag the person in front of me reached in and checked with bare hands and gave it back to you? She say yes with a smile again, I smiled back but I think when Somerville this happens they should replace the order someone else touchesCan anybody tell me what would you do in a case like this?Thank you

Highly recommend this location if you love wasting time. Probably quicker to go to a sit down restaurant and have a complete meal than receive a simple order of french fries from this location. I will be avoiding this location like the plague from here on out.

Took our order and rushed us almost cutting us off, saying anything else. Anything else anything else every time we said a single word. And then when we got our food we got home unloaded our groceries and noticed that we were missing our jalapeño poppers. Drove all the way back there and waited. Super long in line again asked if she could replace my combo since I had to drive all the way back and now all of my other food is cold since it's been 40 minutes, says yes and then takes my receipt and then comes back and says she can't replace it. This place is bullshit, no customer service. Save your money and go somewhere else.

If service were the only factor I'd rate this dining experience a solid 4 stars. Pricilla H greeted me promptly and warmly. She was busy and assured me she would be with me shortly. She was nice and friendly and smiled the whole time she took my order. She explained to me that she couldn't give me a Veterans discount on the combo I ordered. I ordered #18, a double cheeseburger, spicey chicken, fries, drink and a cookie. The cheeseburger was well done, a bit dry but tasty. It came with ketchup mustard pickles and onions. The spicey chicken was good. It came with lettuce and mayo. The bun was toasted perfectly. The chicken was a tiny bit too spicey for my personal preference. A note I would not have mentioned 10 years ago. Well I was just going through my Drafts. I'm not sure why this didn't post. I'll try again....

First and last time that i come to this restaurant. I have never came across someone working in a fast food place with such horrible attitude, slamming things and all. I was almost afraid to order anything else of how rude he was. I don't know what's wrong with this guy "Paul". I get that sometime these places are understaffed and could be frustrating. But definitely not the way to treat customers. Not cool.

Waited 30 mins only to get the wrong order. This has happened on more than one occasion. This 1-star rating breaks my heart, but it had to be done. I always loved Carl's Jr, even putting it up in my "best fast food burger" category. I contacted corporate to be like "hey, this place is awful, they take long, and it's never correct." I got no response. I'm hoping the corporation is just done, and all these places are just on their way out. Hoping to see maybe 5 guys or Smashburger, or realistically any other burger chain take over all these spots. Carl Karcher, I am glad you are not alive to see what your creation has become.

My kid and I dined in here on Jan. 17th after 7PM. Hugo who helped me was an absolute professional. He was multi tasking by doing drive through, cleaning, and handling the front counter. Despite this, he helped me immediately. My son and I waited maybe 5 minutes for our food which I didn't think was horrible timing but Hugo apologized and threw in a cookie with our order which was a nice gesture. As I was leaving and walking to my car I even saw Hugo handling pick up orders outside. This kid was everywhere. Hugo is a good example of a well rounded employee with great customer service skills. Everything about this visit was great. If I go back there, I'm going to recruit him to come work at my company. I'm hoping management reads this and recognizes Hugo for a job well done! Thank you Hugo!

Microwaved and old lettuce with the Big Carl. There was a thumb indent in my burger as well. Fresh vegetables would make all the difference, this is just not it.

Can;t say much about this place. got my order wrong, i wanted onion rings, got fries, my drink was only 2/3rds full. At least fill the cup with ice so its not noticeable. Can't say much about the management either. He's the one that took my order and still got it wrong. Might have to stop using the drive thru to get my order right.
