BAGEL REVIEW: NOTI dig this spot. Einstein Bagels is next door. The line was to Mars. I purchased a bagel here. Terrible. I believe it was fresh. Overbreaded, crumbly, dry and literally money wasted. I was already traveling on the road and didn't make a turnaround.Take away lesson. If there's a bagel store next to the coffee store.... You know what to do.

Great service. The almond roasted coffee is really good. I have not tried any of the food.

This a gem that I have loved for years, there was a time that my coffee was not the best but I never stopped going and now they have a new batch of girls and they are awesome

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of choices to customize your drink. Service was quick. Blended mint mocha was very good.

I went to this coffee shop to study and really liked how they had a lot of indoor and outdoor seating options! It seems like a lot of people come to study which makes it a good environment. I had an iced Milky Way Mocha which was yummy and a caesar salad.

This has been the neighborhood coffee shop for over 20 years and sadly the service is rude and unprofessional to say the very least. There is one person in particular, "Mila" or Camila who is extremely unprofessional, unhappy, and lacks customer service with a simple smile or "hello to, what can I get for you today?" It's unfortunate to start your day/morning to grab a cup of coffee and you deal with so much attitude that it just sets the tone for your day. Great customer service goes a long way and unfortunately you won't get that here unless management really starts to care about their customer service environment and who they choose to hire to be their front line.

Best mocha in town!! Breakfast paninis are a must! Staff is friendly and quick! Great coffee or lunch spot

My first time visiting. All I can say is make sure you have tons of time if ordering food. My iced matcha was ready in about 5 min. Another 20 minutes later, my one sandwich was done. Prior to my order, a few bagels came out, but I've literally never seen anyone move so slow. Because the sandwich took so long, I'm not even sure if it tasted good because it was so melted down. Right as I was getting my sandwich a very nice worker offered me a free pastry for my wait but I had already purchased one. She was very kind. But this place will be a hard pass next time I'm in the area. I think I will stick with the teahouse next-door .also... sidenote, the avocado on my sandwich was brown and yucky.

The most wonderful experience in this fine coffee house is the extraordinary service by Janice and Nina. The two fine women are warm and inviting to this shop. They greet you each time with a smile and a genuine desire to welcome each patron to "their establishment.In additiion to the hospitality, they make fantastic coffee beverages that can warm your person in the cold of the night or the heat of the day.Thank you girls for making "your" coffee house the best in San Diego/Chula Visa.David

Always time for a cup of coffee! Love this Terra Nova neighborhood hangout.It's a cool place to walk in to simply get a cup of coffee or to stay a while hanging out with a friend. Chill ambiance, clean & inviting. I was greeted when I entered, super nice. I always remember to sign in with my phone to earn my points.The banana bread is delicious & I always enjoy a cup of coffee!
