Great service and good beer made inhouse! The taco de pulpo was good.Got the Barrio Beach and the Rubio Fuerte and were both solid!

Good unique Beer made inhouse, good tacos, good cocktails, and a really cool space. Looking forward to seeing this spot come to life little by little.

We were brought out complimentary chips and salsa when we sat down. The green salsa was spicy and limey! The ostiones were pretty fresh! Our drinks came out shortly and were so colorful and refreshing! He got the Serrano cucumber margarita and I got the oaky hibiscus sour.The queso fundido was nice and cheesy! The tuna tartare was beautiful as well as light and citrusy. The mole plate was a little burnt though. For dessert, we ordered flan and it had a nice and thick texture.They forgot to bring our esquites, but brought it out after we got dessert LOL.It was a great appetizer! They asked for my opinions, so I am glad that they want to take our feedback into consideration. Would love to come back and try their other menu items!

Had a great lunch at El Cruce! They serve Baja Mexican food and I loved all the flavors and ingredients that you don't usually see at other spots. Started off with a margarita with wine which was great! We got the ceviche and esquite as appetizers and they were incredible. Best esquite I've had and the ceviche was loaded with fresh yellow tail fish. The quesabirria taco was yummy and I really enjoyed their duck al pastor enchiladas! Kind of a small spot, but I like the simple vibes here. Service is great. Parking is all street parking which only accepts coins!

The food and drinks are amazing!! So good! New favorite carne asada fries in Chula Vista!! Definitely recommend coming here for breakfast, lunch or dinner! New go to spot for sure.

This was good. Loved the food and drinks. Simple menu but tasty bites. I went with some family to celebrate my wife's birthday around 4pm on a Friday. Place was pretty empty which was great a for us cuz we had five adults and two small children which made things fun. My wife doesn't like crowded places cuz of covid. Waiters were very nice and bilingual. They serve craft beer from baja which is a great option from the typical San Diego breweries. They also have baja wine. Support Mexican owned brewers that make real Mexican lagers and other varieties. All these major breweries trying bite our flavors.

This is no ordinary basic brunchThe chef and owner is amazing. He introduced to me what they offer and I fell in love with everything I tried. The drinks too! the waitress is the greatest. I had small talk with her too...she makes amazing drinks. While everything I ate here was damn good the pulpo asado and fan de elote is my all time favorite. I honestly didn't want to share it. The greediness kicked in.Make sure to drink up!What I ate:* Pulpo Asado | Morita glazed octopus over arugula, frisee, piquillo and squid ink aioli with a side of pee wee potatoesI have an obsession of octopus lately so I was happy to be eating this. They did not disappoint. There's a long process to make this and it's not chewy at all!* Chilaquiles | with half red and green sauce: de Chili Morita & Salsa Verde, beansz potatoes, eggs and avocadoI love both green and red sauce. So I love that they have the option for both* Flan De EloteThis has to be the best Elote ever! I never ever felt the greediness in me not to share this and deep down I am like... Mine mine mine ALLLLLL mine* TACOS | * de Pulpo * de Pato Al Pastor * de Camaron *Of course the de Pulpo is my favorite. I didn't try the shrimp because I am trying to cut down what gives me allergies but my plus one loved it.

This place is absolutely delicious! They have the most authentic food and drinks where you know they have passion making their food. This place also has great happy hour to try! All the food we ordered was worth each bite and a must try if you're craving some good craft Mexican food!

Coming from the Brewjeria in Pico Rivera I always recommend getting the Hop off the 5 and Tomo la flor!
