The person who helped me on the phone was super helpful and polite. I let them know I wanted to order 7 drinks and they briefly put me on hold. I was told it was going to take 15 minutes if that was okay with me and my order was read aloud to me again before I hung up. I asked about seasonal items and they helped me choose a drink for myself.I ended up showing up a bit past when I intended but my drinks were prepared and sitting in the fridge. The person who helped me at the counter was also very friendly. They helped me arrange my drinks into two bags very neatly and I was able to carry them and transport them in my car seamlessly.I had a short yet memorable experience here and will be back for another boba run soon.

After my friend's birthday dinner, our grand karaoke plans turned into a boba adventure at Boba Bar and Desserts in National City. The place looked like chaos--messy and unorganized, aesthetically challenged, but hey, don't judge a boba by its cover. Surprisingly, they were quick and organized in service. The boba drinks were like a party in my mouth, and the desserts joined the celebration! I'd definitely return for the treats, and I'm crossing my fingers they spruce up the joint with some comfy seats and a hangout-worthy vibe.

Ordered 2 Boba Waffles with ice cream for me and a friend. Both were ready right when I got there to pick up the orders. I was received with great customer service and the transaction was fast and easy. Ordered a strawberry cheesecake and a Neo one and both were delicious. Definitely a go to spot if you're craving something cold and sweet.

A solid boba spot! My husband and I come here pretty often. I enjoy the puffles they have but can't eat them often due to allergies. Same with my favorite on their menu, the brown sugar marble. I've been enjoying the taro smoothie with almond milk sub, while my husband's new favorite is the brown sugar latte. The staff are friendly and helpful, and drinks tend to be ready quickly. The menu prices have recently risen higher, which has prompted me to want to go to similarly priced spot that have a higher quality of tea, but I do enjoy coming back once in a while for my smoothies or brown sugar.

Great boba. Didnt take very long. The shop seemed clean but underwhelming. Service was decent but not amazing. Would go back to try their acai bowls or other dessert items. We enjoyed our drinks.

The drinks were pretty good. It was conveniently located next to Royal Mandarin. It wasn't too busy when we went, so the drinks came out fairly quickly.The drinks were nothing out of the usual. My daughter said her strawberry drink was just okay.There is plenty of parking available. I'd give it this shop another try.

My friend told me about this spot. I ordered a Chamango. My friend got an Oreo Thai Tea. It was actually really good. I'd come back again and try another item from the $8 menu.
