I loved this place, I think this would be a great spot to study and stay and hangout. The workers are super friendly and the prices are pretty good. It was just enough of a busy environment and semi quiet. Their seating area isn't huge inside, but for a Saturday mid-morning it wasn't too crowded.My girlfriend got the snickerdoodle latte had good espresso, it didn't taste burnt. It was sweet but not too sweet. I got their spiced chai latte, it wasn't too spicy, it was a good amount and creamy. Their ice is top notch, it's like little pebbles.

I have been a regular at Blue Mug my entire life & was a loyal customer back when Olga was the owner! Blue mug was our family outing on the weekends and it makes me so happy to see this business continue to thrive in Escondido. Even though there have been changes in owner, it has not negatively impacted my appreciation and love for their coffee! The baristas are all friendly & make the best coffee and breakfast sandwiches! Sunday visits at blue mug are the best part of my routine!

This is a bright and charming little coffeehouse located in a mini-mall. Free parking but it can be hard to find in the lot.The line to order could be long but it moves quickly. The counter staff were all very friendly.They have an extensive drink menu and their sweet drinks are darn good. We tried their August special and it had toffee and all sorts of sweetness. It was very good.They also offer breakfast sandwiches, bagels, and baked goods. The cinnamon roll we tried looked more like a popover but it was delicious.Plenty of seating inside and patio seating, too.They're popular for good reason.

Every time I come here amazing service and delicious coffee! The staff are very friendly and when I ask questions about the specialty drinks they are friendly and helpful.

Walking distance to the house. Very friendly service. Bagels are delicious and coffee is even better. They've extended their hours compared to a couple of years ago and there's new ownership. Calm and relaxing environment. You can grab your stuff and go or stay a while. Parking has never been an issue even the the lot always seems to be busy.

Best dirty chai ever!! Jalapeño bagel is very much delicious and the staff are extremely nice and friendly :) Joe is a sweetheart.

It's a casual coffee shop and a good place to pass by on the way to San Diego Safari from the LA area. We order an iced latte, iced Americano, poppy seeds muffin, and a breakfast sandwich. The coffee is good, but the food is more impressive. The staffs are very friendly and had a great recommendation on food.

Tucked back in a small strip "mall", this place is unassuming and understated. Once inside you will feel the warmth and passion this team brings to making amazing cups of coffee and welcoming customers in!I met a friend here for a coffee meet up recently and I was so impressed with this little spot. There are a few tables inside and outside welcoming everyone to stay for a bit.I ordered the Cubano coffee, and it was absolute perfection! Rich, caffeinated, sweet, and warm. I would order it again next time! My friend ordered a Cortado and loved hers too.Their food is as good as their coffee too, don't sleep on the cardamom flaky layered danish. It is AMAZING!This is a must stop if you are in the area, OR make a special trip, it is worth it!Pro tip: add a bit of cinnamon to your Cubano. Takes it to the Next level!

I have been going here for the past two years! And I believe what stands out the most is friendly environment, the baristas have always been so extremely friendly. Everyone knows each other, they will remember your name and order! Now for the drinks and food they are so delicious, the stay consistently good and the price is cheap compared to other small coffee businesses!

I was trying to find a local coffee, location, nearby and assemble across blue mug, coffee and tea. I was expecting it to be slow, but to my surprise, it was actually quite busy. There was lots of people and was even dog friendly, which was nice to see I waited in the line and I ordered a Mexican mocha and it tasted delicious. I also ordered a coffee cake, which was OK, but it still satisfied my needs if you're looking for a small local coffee shop that I say you go to this place.
