Bivouac Ciderworks

We arrived before 9 am but they let us in early to explore. The staff was kind, full of energy, and welcoming. We had espresso coffee drinks and a fresh strawberry scone.(made by the bakery across the street.)Delicious. As if I had made the pastry myself!The atmosphere captured my heart; the tall ceilings and the circular energy make you feel you have set up your yurt in the mountains. It is a place to sit back, relax, and be in nature in the middle of North Park!

Omg, this place is sooooo cute! We have been here a few times and are locals in North Park. Love what they did to the decor this year--the theme is "adventure," and it's just so cute and such a great idea for ambiance.Great ciders! They have a huge variety, ranging from dry to semi-sweet to sweet. They also have experimental flavors, which was fun!This is a great spot for people who are gluten-free!They expanded their shop to include a next-door coffee shop with a selection of international ciders and some snacks and merchandise.The staff was super nice to us! Will definitely be back and so happy with the new decor! Fun music too!

There was a table of 4 plus the two of us. It wasn't busy, and it was around 11 am so there wasn't much happening.Our cocktails took foreeeeever to be made. I'm generally a patient person, but these drinks took a really long time. It was hot inside to top it off. I wanted to move outside but couldn't because it required me to pay the bill first. I paid 50 bucks with tip for two mediocre drinks which is kind of wild. We didn't get any food. Just two drinks. My drink was watered down completely. I want to give this place a try again, because the food sounds amazing.

Service was good. Ciders were ok. Liked some. Didn't like others. The pretzels were mid. The cheese with it was odd. The fancy fries tho. Perfect !

This place is a hidden gem! It's a cider bar and cafe which is very unique. They have an inviting space that allows you to study/work at or sit and catch up with a friend. I happened to be passing by and decided to try their coffee cake since I already had coffee and lunch down the street. The staff are super friendly and the vibe is zen. I would like to invite some girlfriends to join me in trying their cider next time.

TL;DR amazing rustic decor with equally amazing new American-style food to matchI came here on a weekday to hang out with some friends and was recommended by the attendant in their adjoining coworking space that the chicken sandwiches were the choice to make and it definitely didn't disappoint. Keeping it short and simple, I rarely ever crave new American cuisine since it's a hit or miss and some are good but most are mediocre with a price tag that isn't palatable, however, Bivouac was a clear exceptionThe chicken sandwich was great, it was juicy and tender on the inside with a nice crispy exterior. The bun was lightly toasted inside and the cheese paired with the arugula and pickled onions were a blissful pair. The pickled onions cut through the fattiness and the arugula added a nice slightly bitter flavor contrast that I enjoyedFood aside, the decor was also well aligned with there themed location next door, the seating we had was a swing in a c-shape and moved all the c-shaped bench together which added a bit of thrill. It felt similar to a childhood experience and felt like one of those swings you'd have in your grandparent's yard or something similarOverall the setting and food were something I would come back to, if the interior was the only hallmark of this place I would likely not come back but the food from everyone I was with seemed to suit their taste buds well and equally fill everyone up

A super unique experience with quality food and drinks! The vibe is easy and easy going. Come with your dog and friends! We were served promptly and they were so nice !!! Great service

The environment and food were actually surprising at how well done it was. It kept getting better the more I took it in. Would definitely come back

This spot has been on my list for so long. I was in the area and made a pit stop after going to the salon nearby. My friend had just gotten off work, so we met up and sat at the bar. We shared the charred broccolini and some wings.Our food did take a while, so we had some cider to start. The food was worth the wait because the wings were flavorful and broccolini was perfectly charred. Worth a stop if you're in the area!

Went here for a quick date during an odd hour and it was nice being served right away and able to enjoy the restaurant with few people :). We got a cider flight and falafel and fancy fries appetizers. I'm personally not a fan of cider, but it was mild enough to enjoy and there were fruit options that I liked. My partner on the other hand, is a fan of ciders and had a great time!
