Such a good time and meal at Samurai. Located conveniently by the Falls, this spot is sure to win over the hearts of hibachi fans. The place is HUGE with multiple hibachi stations, a sushi bar/room, and a bar with TVs.Our waiter brought us drinks and we ordered our food-Hibachi steak- juicy meat, flavor a little lackluster, would go with teriyaki steak next time -Samurai excellence- teriyaki steak and colossal shrimp with the scallop add on. Hint: colossal shrimp is significantly better than regular shrimp. They bring you a small salad with ginger dressing and a brothy onion soup. Both meals came with rice (upgrade to fried, it comes with chicken in it), zucchini with onions, and a shrimp appetizer.Insider tip: order two yum yum sauces and decline the chili ginger dipping sauce. The yum yum sauce is probably the best ive ever tried. We really enjoyed the green tea at the end!

Soooo disappointed. Huge fan but never again! The restaurant is beyond hot!!! Impossible to have a pleasant dinner. Ordered the shrimp & steak and they said the rice is EXTRA!! Hello! Why? Never have we been charged extra for rice!Bidenomics has hit them hard. I will never go back. Sad because we are always a minimum of 7!Service was nice but will never return.

I truly love Samurai. The food is always fantastic - you really can't go wrong with whatever you order. The wait staff is always very kind and attentive. Parking is only valet, which isn't my favorite but oh well. The one issue I have with this location is if you're sitting at a table with a cook in front of you, it gets HOT. Something has to be off with the ventilation. What's worse - depending on the cook you could be sitting there for the better part of an hour and a half. Between the smoke and how loud it gets because it's always packed - sometimes I wonder if it's best to just get takeout or sit by the bar. I'll be back of course because it's delicious, but I'll be opting for a tank top and bringing a lil fan just in case. I did not take great pics of my last visit, but here are a couple.

Feeling nostalgic, haven't been to Samurai in years...probably will not return for a few more years..just wanted lunch. I asked the server about the liver appetizer, she said that was never on the menu. She's younger than my last visit to Samurai..The place was not full but the service was so SLOW...3 of the 6 people at our table had to ask for to go boxes and their check before the meal was completed. Because it's lunch and we had to get back to work!!! Let me lean on the positive - still love the salad and a good cup of green tea. Standing on the business - The sauces are not saucing like they used to back in the day. The seasoning and flavor are lost in this sauce. Everything is salty but not flavorful. I wondered why several people at my table asked for extra butter - they wanted the herbs in the butter to override the salt. I ordered a mule..although it was good, no copper cup, just a regular drinking glass. Last but not least, the server kept passing items (my drinks, my takeout container, my check) over my guest instead of walking around her. Lazy? Untrained? I don't know? Just do better! For clarity - don't cross over people's food.

Saturday, April 6th, 2024 party of 2 date night for 8pm dinner $142.67 w/o tipPrivate parking lot with complimentary valet parking (DO NOT PARK ON THE NEXT DOOR SHOPPING CENTER PARKING-THEY WILL TOW TOUR VEHICLE)Immediately greeted and seated (this was not the case during the weekend of March 23, 2024 which had a 45 min wait) they do not do reservationsWe ordered the five course filet mignon and five course Samurai Triple with a side of 10 extra shrimps, 2 hibachi chicken rices, 1 whiskey sour with Jonny Walker black and a soda. Our chef Noel was perfection. All the food and drinks were flawless, delicious, and perfectly cooked/presented during entertainment with their classic heart shaped rice, onion tower volcano, shrimp popping. This is my husband's favorite restaurant since he was a child. We hadn't been here since 7-8 years because we moved an hour away, we wanted to come for his birthday last month but weren't waiting 45 mins so we came this month for date night and were highly satisfied with all aspects. We even had left overs we took home. We'll be back for someone's birthday before the end of 2024. Bravo Samurai chefs, crew, and management. We are pleased to know you're still around in Miami so you're doing something right to still be in business after all these decades and during these last few difficult years in the world.

I'm sorry to provide this update but we came back to Samurai looking forward to the great experience we had last time. We informed the waitress that I was vegetarian and that my husband has a mushroom allergy. First, we noticed she gave me a chicken fried rice, and my husband double checked that his dish had no mushrooms. She said the brown bits were onion. They brought out a vegetarian fried rice quickly, but then we found a whole mushroom in his dish. We were very upset. The manager didn't seem to know what to say and didn't even apologize. He took my husband's meal off the bill, but we were still charged for mine. We are disappointed and will not be returning. With allergies, they have to do better.

Food was great! Got there around 5pm on a Sunday and only had a 7 minute wait, already winning! The place was pretty busy and the service was just a bit in the slower side but we were there for a good time so it was okay.We did the hibachi as usual and it was delicious! We love a good hibachi and will make it back here. Good company and clean bathrooms. Def recommend! The sangria was delicious!

If you're looking for a decent hibachi place or a place to eat with family and friends this can satisfy your desires. One of the small things that I didn't like was that their entire lot was made entirely for valet leaving no where for you to park unless you park on the lot next door, which didn't make sense to me because there was so much parking. It just seemed liked a random cash grab for them, cause the valet was unnecessary for a place so casual. The inside was nice, felt like every hibachi place I've been to, nothing too special. Our chef was nice, he did a great job handling the food, talked very little but overall good service. For appetizers we ordered the soft shell crab and I believe the crispy rice with salmon from the cold appetizers (can't think of the name off the top of my head) and then for the entree we ordered the hibachi steak and hibachi spicy chicken. Across the board everything was great, my stand out had to have been the onion soup and salad that came with the hibachi steak and spicy chicken options. Either I was hungry or they were just that good cause I devoured them without a breath.
