Okay. I've had Chef Dave's Samosa's at the City Park Farmer's Market. I compare ALL of the samosa's I eat to Chef Dave's and NONE of them live up to the crispy, flavorful standard that makes a Samosa Shop samosa. If you haven't had one, then you haven't tasted the crunchy clouds in samosa heaven. Seriously, NONE compare.Okay, now that I'm done with my samosa rant... wait, he also has dessert samosas! If you want a cake pop in a samosa, or a kick of chocolate and marshmallow, you have to get one.Now I'm done! And honestly, that preamble sets the stage for everything else the Samosa Shop offers. Let's start with the Lamb Kebab Smashburger. This is how smashburgers are supposed to be! You know, the ones in commercials with oozing cheese that crisps perfectly on the grill with the smashed patties. Every bite makes you remember why you love burgers. I literally could not tell you if this was lamb or not; all I could tell you is that it's great and I'll be back for more!The Vindaloo Chicken Birria Tacos taste exactly how I want birria tacos to taste. Not full of grease and so dry that I have to soak it in sauce before you take a bit. These are crispy (roti is amazing!) and just perfectly cheesy. I almost stole them from my wife, but I was too busy making love to my smashburger.Let's turn our attention to the Mushroom Nuggets. Yes, I've confirmed it's sorcery. Order them. If you like crispy chicken nuggets with a little spice and a little sweet, this is it. Do not sleep on them!Finally, Bombay Fries are the bomb(ay). I'll see myself out.Let's get real for a moment. I came here thinking that Chef Dave had a fusion menu. It's not fusion. It's damn good food that crosses cultural boundaries with every dish. Chef Dave does it in a way that's so natural you wonder why no one else is doing this.P.S. Order yourself a mango lassi, you won't regret it. Jesus, you won't regret ordering anything from here.

Went in on a slow Saturday afternoon, been trying to get to this place for months. Sat at a table and waited 5 minutes for someone to help me. There were only 2 other tables occupied, 2 employees behind the bar and 3 in the kitchen. After no one approached my table I walked back to the kitchen counter where there was another person waiting. Stood there for another 5 minutes and no one helped me. I turned and walked out. Went next door to Gaia Masala and ordered samosas. They were so good I ordered 2 more orders to take home. I also spoke with another table near mine and they were thoroughly enjoying their meal. I will try more than the samosas next time. I will never return to Samosa shop.

Tucked into the back of a gothic campy bar, samosa shop offers the basic Indian fusion food that you'd want to eat after a rowdy night out. I just wanted to have a samosa so I tried a few of these. I think I would have preferred the smore samosa in my venture to try a dessert samosa but they were out this day.The OG is perfect and they pre drizzle all the sauces on it for you. This bar is also very fun if you're looking for a place to have a drink.

I can't emphasize enough how good the lamb kebab smashburger was. My husband and I got 2 samosas and a burger, and it was so good we went back downstairs and ordered another. Probably the best burger I've ever had, seriously.

Been on my hit list for 8 months, vindaloo chicken Birria tacos 10/10 - as a Mexican his spice is on point and the tacos and filled to the brim and some. Amazing flavors.Lamb kebab smashburger / 10/10 wow! The depth of flavor is out of bounds. The lamb balances delicately with the cheese and sauce and the burger is so juicy and crispy at the same time. Definitely better than bodegas burger. Top 3 burger in town and it's a fusion burger! Bombay fries disco style - 10/10 / amazing crunch on the fries, sauce is perfect and cheesy as hell! Next time getting the mushroom dish and rest of the menuI fully expect chef Dave to be a James beard award winner in less than 12 months. This is some of the best food I've had here in town and that's saying a lot! Excited to work together in the future partnering with him for an vent in July

Loved this samosa shop (in the back of Honor Farm / below Hello or High Water Tiki Bar) -- chef Dave know what he is doing and has some awesome gluten free options! There's a dedicated frier for celiac friendly fries & he has a special recipe for making the OG samosa GF. The tacos are also soo yummy. Taco Tuesday is where the real deals are at with $3/tacos. Check them out the next time you're downtown!

Chef Dave's team was helpful, descriptive, speedy, and thoughtful. The food was a brilliant combination of comfortable staples and boundary pushing flavor combos. We loved the samosas, tacos, and fries. Never dreamed of making a Garam-BBQ! The hosting bars has comfortable seating, wonderful music, and attentive staff. Loved two bars in one place. Samosa Shop is a great addition.

Everything here is delicious! Nestled in a charming bar, this shop came highly recommended & did not disappoint. The vindaloo chicken birria tacos were scrumptious!!

This food was epic!!! By far the best food I have had visting Denver. The masala fries will be something I will always crave! 10/10
