Oh wow. The porterhouse, medium rare. An unbelievable steak which has been fantastic every time I have ordered it. It's always a little loud but I chalk this up to everyone having a great meal and the flavors and the attentive staff keep me coming back.

Take this with a grain of salt since it has JUST opened.This place was great, there was a wait time but it wasn't anything that a typical Saltgrass doesn't have. As for the place, it was extremely clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful, they even had an employee opening and closing the door for guests!!The food was exactly what you love from Saltgrass, the brisket queso continues to be my favorite queso this side of the border! I'll definitely be coming back and making it one of my regular eating out spots.

We waited about 45 minutes for our table, which was fine. Service was pretty fast considering the number of people that were there. The facility was very clean and the restrooms were nicely stocked. The tortilla soup was great. The queso was really good. The waitress was very attentive and management visited a couple times. Good meal and good environment. Worth the wait.

The ambiance, service & cheesecake are the best things about this place. The portions are huge & they can really prepare a steak however you like it, from "blue, just seared to "very well done, but still juicy"

Great service, excellent food! Although I lost my medical left hand brace there and they did not have it in their list & found. I think they need to revisit this with their staff as to what to do with items left behind by customers. Other than that it is beautifully set with the outside lighting over the walkways from their parking so inviting! Two of the men in our group even noticed the excellence in lighting outside (they are experts at this!)My ribeye was cooked just as I requested, medium rare. yum! The appetizer mushrooms melt in your mouth! Sooooo good!!

Highly discourage this location for pickup. We had a $156 order and $26 tip. My husband did not check order - it frustrates the employees and shows distrust. He pulled away and they forgot a soup so he had to go back. He gets home and instead of mushrooms we get pickles. I called the store - standard apology and offered to refund the mushroom charge. Hmmmm. Standard expectation. I called back asking to refund the tip - he actually thought we should pay the tip! We will see what they do. The excuse was we are trying to get use to pick up. You are an established business and should have it right at this point. Due to Mother's Day all other locations shut down Uber and door dash and for health reasons and wait times we choose pick up. Going back to Texas Roadhouse in the future. Businesses need to start valuing those that choose pickup / delivery. We pay more than those that can go to a location.

Ruben/Reuben (sorry!) was our waiter! He was knowledgeable, personable, attentive and went above and beyond for us! Our table was kept clean and our drinks kept full! (And the bread/butter! ) We will ask for him on return trips! Our ONLY hang up with this location was that they do not open until 4:00 - even on weekends. We left to visit a store to kill some time and returned 8 min after opening to find a 30-45 min wait for 2. (55-90 min wait for normal sized parties). That was mind blowing. Less crowding and people walking out if you would at least open at lunchtime or late lunch on weekends. Lost opportunity there with such a small location. The only reason we removed a star! Food was excellent!

This place considering it just opened up has been nothing short of a disappointment. The first time I ordered my wife got the chicken Laredo and it was decent. I got the chicken fried chicken and I would also say it was OK. At least it was more than warm.I have to go to this establishment and order at the bar to-go because I have a newborn at the house. The last two times I have come by and picked up curbside have been just plain bad. On my second visit I called it in and picked up my order right as it was coming out of the kitchen. I ordered chicken fried chicken again and my wife got the steak and ribs. When I got home, not only did they forget the gravy. The food was warm at best. So I had to drive back and pick up my gravy while my food was sitting on the table getting cold. Whoever is expediting at this restaurant is obviously letting food sit under the warmer and not bagging it immediately. I spoke to management when I came back and I asked the manager for nothing but for him to speak to his staff and tell them that they need to double check their orders and bag the food right when they pass it from the kitchen. Especially, when it's not busy.My wife again, wanted me to pick up saltgrass on my way home tonight. I thought, maybe I'll give this place another chance. So I walked in and ordered my food at the bar and waited and waited and realized I had been waiting for 40 minutes so I asked the bartender why my food has been taken 40 minutes to come out and she replies with, "some things from the menu have been coming out at different times." I'm thinking, "well, the order is not complete. If you don't have all the items being passed to the expo at the same time." Which one of the items on my order is going to be cold and which item on my order is going to be hot?! I took a glance over to the entrance of the restaurant and saw the manager casually making chitchat with the hostess. So I decided to approach him and let him know that I placed an order 40 minutes ago. I still haven't gotten my food. I told him when the food comes out that I will be taking out every box individually and checking the quality and temperature of each item because after 40 minutes of them having my order in the kitchen I'm expecting the food to be immaculate, considering this was an hour before the restaurant closes, and there was hardly any customers.They finally get my food out, so I did exactly what I said I would do. I took out every box from that bag and I proceeded to check the temperature and the quality of the food. My wife ordered a steak and cake and I couldn't believe that that steak looked like a warm, tiny little turd and the mashed potatoes were about the same temperature... I ordered the Laredo chicken with sweet potato fries, and the fries were soggy, the avocado was warm from being underneath the warmer as I thought would happen. I had to tell the manager on duty to remake my wife's steak. I was NOT going to take this home to my wife!I asked the manager when I was inspecting the food if he thought that it looked good and if he would eat what he just brought out and he replied "well, it's not my food so I don't know how you like your food.... what kind of manager says that to a customer who is obviously upset about his $70 purchase at his restaurant?!He took the food back and he remade it in less than 8 minutes... A 6oz steak cooked medium well should not take more than that. When I was eating my plate while I waited for the remake, I noticed there was a gentleman sitting next to me who had been waiting 35 minutes who ordered a medium rare steak salad, and he still hadn't gotten it either.I am going to speak to the general manager tomorrow and I'm going to ask him if any of his employees including management have any pride in what they do. They need to do better. I don't want anything in return from this restaurant. I just want them to do better! They can't give me back the time I spent sitting waiting for mediocre partially warm food! They should be ashamed of themselves.

I normally rave about this restaurant but not today. Service and food not up to par. My husband asked for a glass of water along with a margarita and steak medium well. Waitress advised us it would have a thin line of pink. Great. I ordered a chop steak NO onions. Stressed this twice. Husbands steak came out medium rare and onions on my steak. Still no water. The woman that delivered the food said the ticket did not say no onions. We asked for water second time and got it. We found it unusual that we were asked if we were done with bread when we got our meals. We said yes but then realized we would have liked extra butter for our meal. Usually bread stays on table in case the diner wants more. Chris was our waiter twice before and he was excellent. We will definitely try again and hope it was just a bad night.
