Now I'm no expert on Mexican food by any means. However I would like to think that I know what good flavors are.Had to stay in Denver for a month and both of us were craving Mexican food. Found this place: Salsas La Huacha. Was thrilled to see it. I mean a shack in Golden, CO. Wow. First thing's first. Do they have veggie tacos for my wife. Yes they do. Simple menu. No avocado and chips and stuff. Took a chance and grabbed a couple veggie and chorizo tacos and went home. Mama Miya. Absolutely LOVED the chorizo tacos. Wife loved her veggie ones too.Have been there several times already and tried some of the other tacos too but the chorizo stands out for me.We go there once a week and I'm not kidding; I'm like that kid who knows tonight is ice cream night. Except, it's taco night. Gonna miss their food once we head back to Chi Town.

I'm so glad I stopped to try this hidden gem! The pastor, asada, and chicken street tacos were all delicious and very reasonably priced. The outdoor seating was perfect for a spring or summer evening. I'll definitely be coming back again soon!

Cute little street tacos. Good selection. Just not quite as flavorful as I would've expected. Salsas had good flavor but no heat. I like heat! Have to go to Denver, El Consome De Morelos, to get the juicy flavor and heat. Better than Golden Mill for sure, though. Quesadillas used to be a good deal, but he raised the price $5 bucks to $11 since last time I went a year ago. Love the churros!

Wow!! What a find. I'm not in Golden but once twice a year. Smoking hot (temperature wise) burritos. Crazy good flavors and huge. And $4 for ham or bacon or chorizo. This place is a FIND! Lucky lucky Golden, Colorado.

This is my favorite food in Golden. Better than any restaurantBetter than any other food truckBetter than anything I can cookIt's just delicious. Sure. It's not the fanciest location. But it's delicious, quick and inexpensive. The owners are also very friendly. Awesome.

If you like hot,fresh tacos, look no further. This place is great and they give you extra toppings on the side( grilled onions and grilled jalapeños). The owner is so friendly. I always leave here with such a good feeling. Might be the tacos.

It's always good to a restaurant that pays proper tribute to what is in the name! Owner was the general manager of El Tequilianos, striking out on a dream. Salsa is spicy with a tang and is on point! I had a breakfast burrito with the homemade chorizo. Delicious. I'll be back.

Hands down the best tacos in town. Try the Horchata and churros next time. absolutely delicious! highly recommend

This place is very yummy! We love the tacos and the quesadilla. We come here often. The roasted pepper side is very good too
