Sakura Japanese Sushi & Steak House

My wife and I ate here last Friday night and were pleasantly surprised. The sushi, service, and ambiance were all great!

I love this place! I am new to working in the Willis area and have been here several times with my husband for work. We are always greeted promptly and as soon as we sit down someone comes to get our drink order. They even remember what we get after several visits we dont even have to order anymore and even remember the extra sauce we ask for as well as splitting the checks when we have others join. Way to go!!!

I figured out 1:30 pm is a slow time if you want quiet. I ordered the steak bento box. Mediocre steak, fried rice and sushi. Great gyoza! Nice place to have a date, bars well equipped and the atmosphere is nice. Staffs friendly I might've ordered wrong but if you're a bento box boy this place ain't really it

Had some of the best Japanese food today. A newcomer to Willis but much needed. Started with steamed edamame such a fun, easy appetizer. Had the lunch roll special with 3 rolls so we could sample more. Got the Philadelphia which came with cream cheese, the Spicy salmon which wasn't overly spicy, great taste, and the crunch. Each roll had its own delicious flavor. We also had the steak bento box which came with perfectly cooked tender steak, fried rice, 3 gyoza, a CA roll & miso soup. Everything was great! I was really impressed with the homemade ginger which is big for me because usually it's just store bought that tastes like soap, weird, I know but not this one...sweet & tangy. The restaurant was clean and beneath the booth u were on a lighted pedestal, a cool design element.

This place is wonderful! Who would've ever thought you'd find a great sushi restaurant north of the Woodlands.The staff is top notch, always smiling and answer any questions I may have without hesitation. The food is delicious, fresh and pleasing to the eye when presented.You can really taste the quality of ingredients in every bite.My all time favorite is the Money Bag. These are a MUST HAVE during every visit. Seating isn't cramped. You're not right up on the table next to you.Lighting is good. Not too dark, not too bright. The prices are fair. The food is great. And the service was is on point.I'll always be a fan of this joint!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! BEST SUSHI AROUND!!! When you look at it, it's in small strip & wouldn't believe how yummy& different it really is. We go often& each time the sushi chef makes me something special. I have horrible food allergies& he didn't mind me telling him what I couldn't eat... Then he made it around what I could eat. Most places will not or just look at you like you picky xxx. They understand & have always made the experience wonderful.

Another perfect take out order, this will be my post birth meal. Lol shaggy dog roll, mushroom soup & money bags. ‍ Thank you, Sakura!

Seafood soup tasted like fresh off the ocean couldn't even take another sip honestly I DO NOT RECOMMEND. AND I STILL HAD TO PAY FOR IT

My husband and I go at least ones a month. We always have good service!! But the food has never disappointed us.. we have tried almost everything on the menu. Good sushi for good price!

Food and service are excellent. Prices not bad. Our favorite place to get sushi north of The Woodlands. The personnel go out of their way to make sure everyone is happy. If they don't have what you want on the menu, ask. They will do their best to make it happen.
