Love the Pho here. Come hungry as it is large. I think it is one of the best places in Raleigh-Durham to get Pho. They have an extensive menu. I had Shrimp Pad Thai there today. It was very good as well. A bonus is that they are next to a nice Asian market as well as Harbor Freight Tools. Fresh veggies and spices, noodles and more for cooking Asian quinine yourself.

Great portion and quality for what you pay. I had the grilled pork rice noodle and it was so flavorful. The rice noodle had a spring roll (fried pork) cut up into small bite size pieces. I usually do not enjoy fried spring rolls, but this one was different. It's more like a pork sausage instead of various vegetables and glass noodles wrapped. Note that Google maps at this time, led me to the wrong parking lot. The restaurant is located in the same plaza as Popeyes facing Capital Blvd.

The chicken Pho was hot and delicious. The bean sprouts and herbs were super fresh. Ordered spring rolls that were full of meat and ingredients. My coworker got the seafood Pho, he said the seafood was delicious and very fresh tasting. The service was very friendly and the facilities were very clean. I will definitely be back.

The best pho in Raleigh area by far. Very homemade and not the commercial bullshiiet. Owners are local mom and pop vibes. Me and my gf to-go some pho at least once a week!!

No words. Spring rolls have the consistency of a sausage stuffed in a casing. Vegetables where? Not good, literally wanted to throw them away but I don't like wasting my money. And they came with a duck sauce. What happened to the traditional fish sauce?? (Looking back at the menu, they do have fish sauce but they didn't bother asking me what I'd like.) I ORDERED brisket & flank pho. What I received did not look appetizing at all. Received about 1/4 of the typical amount of noodles. Would NEVER eat here again, even if it was free.

I used to work there and it couldn't get a little hectic because they're always short-staffed. But the food is delicious and I miss my old boss and her husband they were so nice and kind. It's in a busy and kind of sketchy area, but the food is delicious so if you go in the daytime, you'll be fine.

This was the worst Pho I have ever had and I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. I got the vegetable pho and there were literally barely any veggies in it and the ones that were in it didn't taste good. It's also priced very high especially for NC, I recently lived in HI where the cost of living is much higher than here and it didn't cost nearly as much. I also got the spring rolls which were absolutely disgusting and had meat in them which was a first for me when I usually get them there I who meat in them.If you want good quality pho don't come here they are garbage!

Awful. Just awful. I came here for lunch with my family on a Saturday. Immediately upon walking in, the smell of stale cigarette smoke hits you, like staying in a non-smoking hotel room where a previous guest smoked anyway and the hotel did a poor job of trying to air it out. This smell is probably coming from the sweepstakes parlor next door, so while it's not really Pho Saigon's fault and maybe they can't do anything about it, but it still sucks. We were greeted promptly, and offered any table in the empty restaurant. Empty on Saturday at lunch. Bad sign number two, but by this point we were committed. I opened up the menu and was excited to see a large number of Vietnamese dishes, including Bún bò Huế which I had been meaning to try. We ordered that, along with Pho and spring rolls. The food came out quickly, and that's where things went downhill. They first brought out vegetables to accompany the soups, but they did not look fresh. The greens were turning brown in areas and the bean sprouts were old. I did not enjoy the Bún bò Huế, as it had a fishy or slightly rotten flavor and smell, but maybe that's how it's supposed to taste. However, the Pho and fried spring rolls were also terrible. The Pho broth was bland, and the beef in it was overcooked and rubbery. The spring rolls had the texture of a sausage wrapped in dough, as another review noted. Everything just tasted ... off.We usually finish even mediocre meals when we eat out, but at some point we realized that we would pay for the pleasure of not eating this food. We paid and left. This is quite possibly the worst restaurant experience I've had in a while. On the bright side, I got to stop by for the sale at Harbor Freight in the same shopping plaza, but even that was disappointing.
