Very busy for one waitress. Did not seem to have much time to spare. That was just getting my seat and placing my order.The meal came from I would guess the chef in back. He actually checked in with me a couple times during my meal to ensure everything was good. Everything was good, the food was really good. I would definitely recommend the shaking beef and the crispy rolls.One star was removed because they do not accept American Express.It is definitely worth a visit for good food and decent atmosphere.

Went to this shop for some Pho.Went on Sunday afternoon. It was not super busy but steady. It was family time. I ordered a medium-sized size bowl. I had the rare steak and brisket. The wife had some fried pork egg rolls. Nice touch on the tempura batter on the egg rolls instead of wrappers .Nice and crunchy on the outside and warm inside. And we had some crab wontons. Sweet and creamy. My Pho Bowl had a nice portion of rice noodles , a nice portion of meat. The broth had a good taste,slightly salty, not greasy. Basil leaves , jalapeño slices, and bean sprouts on the side. All in all, it was a good meal . Our server was polite and provided good service. Nice interior and welcoming. Will definitely come again

Saigon Bistro is a delicious option when you're craving Vietnamese food. I saw pictures of their bun bo hue online and had the biggest craving for it.The restaurant is clean and bright. They play videos of scenic Vietnam in the background and it's lovely to watch while you wait for your food.Husband and I ordered their soft shell crab. It was fresh and fried perfectly. Deep fried foods + refreshing veggies are a wonderful combination! Husband got the combination rice plate and finished it clean. All the proteins were seasoned well. I got the bun bo hue I was craving. I wish the broth was more flavorful and the pork knuckle not so tough, but it hit the spot overall.Staff is friendly and attentive. Looking forward to coming back soon!

I love this place! Great place to satisfy my craving for authentic Vietnamese food. Everyone is so nice and the restaurant is super clean. I had the hu tieu tom cua this time. Huge bowl, could barely finish it. Broth was soo delicious.

The most authentic version of Bun Bo Hue in Colorado! The ingredients were delicious and fresh. The service was fast and there was plenty of seating inside the restaurant. The music was soft and pleasant. Highly recommended!

I ordered via doordash so I am not sure of any restaurant specific things. When I got my food - it was still hot and everything was as ordered. I got the small beef meatball pho and the spring rolls to start. I had click to add Siracha and hoisin sauce which was extra. I got two small containers already set with a ratio of each. My ratio would've been less Siracha and more hoisin. Not sure why they just didn't get them separated. The Small size was plenty for me especially since i had the spring rolls first. The peanut sauce was a little too liquid-y and tasted a little off to what I prefer but the spring rolls were fresh.

The inside was very clean and nice and the service was great. The crab was tasty and it filled us up. The sauce was sweet, spicy and tangy, which was great. The egg rolls were really good and tasted fresh.

Saigon Bistro is our absolute favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Denver Metro area. We love to have the combination noodle bowl which has delicious cha gio, grilled chicken, steak and shrimp with great veggies, noodles and herbs. You can never go wrong ordering that or any of the pho at Saigon Bistro. I usually like trying out some of the chef specials too because they specialize in some of the tasty options I've had in southern Vietnam. This time I tried the salt and pepper shrimp which was perfectly fried, super scrumptious and I would absolutely order again! I have yet to be disappointed by anything here and I can't recommend it enough to folks looking for authentic Vietnamese here in Aurora!
