I ordered catering from here (palak paneer, daal makhani, rice, and butter naan) for a meeting and it was a hit!! Everything was so flavorful and filling and everyone at the meeting kept complimenting the food (and we have some picky eaters in our group too). The service was fantastic-they even walked the food out to our car for us which was so nice of them to do. The inside of the restaurant is also super clean and inviting- I'll definitely come back to dine in next time!

I ordered on Grubhub and after my food was over 45 minutes late I tried to call the restaurant. They didn't answer for a while and finally did when it was 55 mins late. Whoever I talked to said the driver "left" and he was cancelling my order. He told me to come in and pick it up. Umm no I ordered delivery. Then like ten mins later the driver says he's here and yelled at me to come out. I had already ordered much better Indian (ekta) by then and told him I didn't want it. Now the owner is texting me that they are so busy. It's 3 pm on a Tuesday. Give me a break. Won't be trying this place.

This was my second time ordering Saffron Patch. This time, I got to try the chicken vindaloo, a lamb spiced yogurt dish called Lamb Dopiaza. Also got to try the Mulligatawny soup abd the spiced garlic naan. The vindaloo was absolutely the most flavored, spicy indian dish I've received. On the border of too spicy, but it was so tasty. The chicken in it was good quality too. The lamb, though, was mild, still well spiced, and so tender. Still love the rice from here, and the naan they give is a huge piece (it could be split between two people if you want). All in all, a pretty good amount and an awesome level of flavor from this place!

What the F?I ordered the vegetable assortment and it came with about 8 peices of fried what tasted like chickpeas...this is a vegetable assortment??I also ordered the meat assortment. Alot of the items here tasted dry with no dipping sauces. Not that cheap either.Dessert - Ras Malai - Sweete ned cottage cheese balls dipped in creamy sauce.$4.99 This dessert is extremely small in portion sauce. It wasnt bad but cmon guys satisify the customer at dessert time just in case you fail at meal time its not that most more money to give a little more dessert with the bill of entire meal paid at order time is it????I got the bread basket as well at $8.99 but feel like I made a grave error as the other breads are much cheaper and do not recommend spending this much on naan bread.This spot may have some good items like the baby eggplant with sesame sauce I kinda wish I got instead but I will not be back.As always people SYOY!!!

We got a spicy eggplant dish and an okra dish, both vegan. They were both very tasty. We also go rice desert and a mango desert that were excellent.The food has more fat than we would use at home, I would admit.Service was adequate. We pad $15 for each dish and $6 for each desert.Reasonable, not cheap.

My wife and I used to live in South Philly. We started ordering from this business at their former location. We now live in Bucks County and it's STILL the only Indian food we order. TikaMasala, Saag and veggie samosas are to die for. You'll be hard pressed to find better Indian food in the area.

I do not understand the reviews, this is the best indian food I have tasted. I had the butter chicken/naan and butter chicken. Chicken is perfect, naan is right and MOST importantly the sauce is just right. I do not give many good reviews because I have high expectations but Saffron meets it.

The baingan bharta just ... didn't taste good. The dine-in silverware was packaged plastic - like fast food takeout. The server was nice, at least, and the dining room was clean. Better options in the neighborhood.
