Taco Tree

Taco Tree will always be one of my favorite spots to eat at in Auburn. It's always fresh ingredients at a great price. Service is awesome and quick. The Drive-Thru is always super busy and so we always opt to go inside and dine. Always nice and clean as well.The bathroom is always clean and I love that they come in and check as well.

It's been 20 years since I've been to Auburn. I loved Taco Tree then and passing now, I had to stop in. Nothing has changed. Just like my college days. Crispy tacos with flavorful beef and chicken.Friendly small town service and super clean inside. I need to find more reasons to head back this direction.

Love the ground beef Taco Tree taco!!!!!This is my new go to place on Auburn.Just try to avoid the lunch rush. Even with a line it's worth the wait for under $3 daily:)

Not sure why it has taken me so long to write a review here but here I am! I have been coming to this location since I was a kid and can I just say it as good now as it was when I came here with my parents! Quick service, seems to be clean every time and you just know what to expect when coming here! Tacos, burritos and I love their nachos!

We don't do Taco Bell in Auburn--we go to with Taco Tree! Everything's good: tacos, burritos, taco salad, and you must get the super nachos. It's not greasy and actually tastes fresh for what it is. This place is a local legend! If you're from around here, you already know. If you're just passing through, treat yourself to our hidden gem!

It's a cute little taco fast food joint. The tacos were fresh and tasted good. My dad was overjoyed by the "taco in a bun". He said he's loved it since being a kid.

Having the fountain drinks behind the counter is ridiculous. We had to wait in line to ask for refills from a staff that was very busy. There are no napkins out in the dining area, again only up by the cash register.Also, the manager (owner) yelling at her employees yesterday was very sad. They all looked like they were trying their hardest but she would yell about customers at the counter instead of just walking up and greeting them. In another example, I could hear her correct an employee on how to make a salad and she did a much nicer job sounding kind. I hope the employees feel happy working for this manager, but it sure didn't look like it. The food was perfect for the price paid, style akin to Taco Bell but much higher quality.The parking lot is terribly configured for their drive-through and a safety hazard. Be careful if you have little kids.

I've eaten at Taco Tree for close to 25 years. Always loved their food. Ordered the Large taco salad yesterday which is over $10 and it had less beef than a taco. I asked if it was bigger than ordering 3 tacos, casher said it was. Felt ripped off and ordered a taco plus afterwards cause i was still hungry. Felt like i was full of sour cream, and tortilla shells afterwards

We visit Taco Tree on trips to tahoe so have dubbed it Tahoe Bell hahahahahAhem, yeah so service os really fast. remarkable. and peep this: they understand plant based eating. Vegan, plant-based, eaters can order the veggie burrito, hold the cheese.What's missing? Chili's‼Ask em to add jalapeño peppers to make this Om nom nom chompsky pop. They have mild & hot sauce too! Just request it. The outside has a cool sign you can selfie beneath too

It's an awesome experience and one of a kind in the auburn area. The food tastes great and is high quality. I haven't been inside in over a decade so I can't speak to the ambiance but the service is friendly and fast.
