Friendly service, tasty food but a bit overpriced. Pretty spacious restaurant inside the hotel. Sat on the couch and the waitress allowed us to dine there. Charcuterie board was delicious, but small for $35. Good quality which is a big reason why. Drinks were made fast and was a nice sports bar. Id come back here for drinks and an app if I am in the area again!

Had breakfast here with some friends last month and it was pretty good!! I was in Philadelphia visiting them and I happened to stay at this hotel during my visit. On the day we were leaving, I asked them to just come have breakfast with us and then we ordered items from omelettes, pancakes, to full breakfasts and everything was very good. Server was really friendly too. Very nice location in the center of the city as well. Would recommend!

This place was fantastic. Very eclectic decor with great lighting and music. The staff were so polite and lovely. Shanice was our server and she was so attentive. Hats off to the Chef. We had the mussels that were in an orange saffron sauce. The steak was cooked to perfection. The cheese cake was perfect. I've been to a lot of high end restaurants but this one is a hidden gem. I would strongly recommend to everyone.

Hubby gets a gold star for finding the places the eat. We walked here from our hotel to dine for dinner. We were able to come in and be seated right away. The host gave us menus while we waited for our server. Our server was Erica, the best and sweetest person who will ever meet. We started out with appetizers:Him: Croquettes Me: Grilled ShrimpPlus we had the white sangria punch in a pitcher.Dinner entrées we both had the filet with green beans and potatoes. Now everything was good, but the potatoes were a tad underdone for me. And we even had room for dessert. I wanted to enjoy the ambiance and hubby time so no photos

So this was a post flower show meal endeavor. I had come here with a friend a few years ago the weekend before covid hit and we really enjoyed the ambiance of the place. It seemed to be closed down for a while and when I saw it was open again I knew we had to recreate the whole experience. I must say though I was underwhelmed on the second trip. Service was okay but the whole place felt a bit disjointed, the food was fine. This was definitely better in my memory then it was on the revisit. Had to enter through the lobby of the hotel despite there being multiple other doors that were just locked so we had to essentially walk all the way around the building to get in, which may be a security feature but should be more clearly displayed then. Overall it was tolerable but not somewhere I will be rushing back to.

This is probably the most average restaurant I've ever been to in my life. The food isn't bad, but it's completely uninspired and boring especially for the price. The drinks, however, were very good. I'm not sure what's tapas about this place. They have like 5 options for tapas and it's pretty laughable to call them Latin or Spanish inspired at all. The rest of the menu is pretty generic American food. Caesar salad, cheesesteak, roast chicken, steak. The chicken was actually really good, but the portion they give you for $26 is embarrassing. Two of the three tapas we got came with the same sauce. The food is basically airport food, so if you're stuck in the hotel and don't want to get something delivered, it's passable. They should really rename the restaurant and change the concept to something more befitting an American restaurant. The funniest part to me was the waitress asked the people seated next to us if the sangria she made was any good. That's a pretty bad sign you're not eating at a legit tapas restaurant. The service was pretty weird. We brought our drinks over from the bar. The waitress took our order and then left our empty water glasses unfilled. We had to ask her for water. After we clearly ordered and no longer had our menus, two other waitresses asked us if we were taken care of. I guess that's good service, but the wait staff seemed to have no organization to it.The bar itself is the highlight and it's super nice. The restaurant itself is really nice too. If you're a Philly local, there's absolutely no reason to come to this place unless you want a somewhat overpriced cocktail at a nice bar.For $150 for drinks and dinner, do yourself a favor and either take a walk to Chinatown, or find a more inspired restaurant in Center City. If you want actual tapas, there are half a dozen better options in Philly.

Many of the hotel breakfasts I've had are usually sub-par to average, so I didn't expect much from Sabroso +Sorbo. They completely exceeded my expectations though. Everything my family ordered during our stay was delicious: chia pudding, breakfast parfait, blueberry pancakes, traditional breakfast with scrambled eggs, papas bravas etc. The orange and apple juices are fresh and tasty. They plate everything in a beautiful manner as well. The pancakes in particular were perfect: they were an ample portion, but were thin and light, and included fresh berries. (Not the heavy, gloppy monstrosities you usually get.)All of the employees are friendly and welcoming. We were fortunate to get Eileen as our server both days. She is both efficient and very kind. I was surprised Sabroso doesn't have other reviews, because they are excellent!

Food was really good although the menu is quite limited. Advertised as a tapas restaurant but the selection was 6-7 items. Service left a lot to be desired - the restaurant was near empty but the wait for us to have our order taken and get the check was egregious.Even with the convenience factor of it being in a great hotel, I'd tke my business elsewhere next time

Great service, little miscommunication on dinner starting time. I got here before 5pm when dinner actually starts. However Darryl was gracious enough to accommodate. Josh and Manager Steve are a great team. Great service please visit I highly recommended!
