Sabor Venezolano Katy

I returned with my friends to try something different from my previous visit. I had the paticon granitado de carne mechada. It was sublime. A perfect blend of texture and flavor. Of course we had to have empanadas also. Vanessa was a wonderful addition to a great lunch. Excellent service and professional demeanor. No room for dessert is my only complaint.

Just not good......the picture says it all. There a many Venezuelan places to go to that has better quality food and that make sure all the food they is up to standards.Sorry not going back.

The food the price and the portions were great! El Gordito has to do a little less joking and be more serious about his business. His "jokes" can get tiresome.

I would never recommend it, the food was very bad, we ordered beef soup and it was pure broth with a sad piece of potato, a very thin wheel of whole corn and tough meat with excess fat, horrible. To top it off, the tequeños with the raw dough inside and the order incomplete. I would never go back. We had been told badly about the site but we wanted to try it to check it out. Our friends were right, lousy.

This one was the first and last time me, and my family visit Sabor Venezolano in Katy, TX. I wouldn't recommend it at all.The restaurant says "fast food", but it lasted too long, the waiter got confused with the orders, he served the wrong plates. But that wasn't that bad, I've got food poisoned! The waiter talked too much, and asked us repeatedly to post a review.

Amazing service and food. Will definitely go back again!! I've lived in Venezuela so I can say the food tasted so authentic and brought back childhood memories!

The food is good but not the best! But it's really expensive, the service is slowly! I was waiting for my food around 35-40 min! Terrible customer service! They forget details! And in this business customer services is the most important part! Just verify is they need ketchup, silverware, napkins! I mean we are paying 20% for service!

The service was really bad, they always asked for tips even when they did nothing. We ordered take out and it was a big order and put everything in one bag. The bag was ripping and dint put napkins, utensils, or straws. Would not recommend
