The food was so good and well priced. I got the pupusa and the breakfast platter. Perfect hangover breakfast.

Food-5 Service-4 Ambiance-4We came here for the first time for lunch. The menu is pretty big. It's a little confusing though. It was hard to choose something. Everything looks good. We ordered the carne asada (nicely cooked and flavorful) and an order of three tostones with chicken and coleslaw on top. It was a big order and I took a lot home. The food was excellent and tasted very authentic. The service was ok. We had to go ask for the check. But, the restaurant is very small (seats 25)! And the way that it's set up, the waitress isn't going to see you unless she comes out to the dining room The kitchen, register, bathroom and bar are in the back. The waitress was nice though. Parking might be an issue. There are spots right in front on the street, but not a lot of them. Maybe try parking in the back.

My hubby and I were trying to figure out where to eat as we were on our way to Home Depot in NMB, he told me to look at this place's menu as he had been here for lunch before. From the outside, the place looks very unassuming and based on some of the reviews I saw, it seemed mixed. I haven't had pupusas in a long time and decided to give it a shot. We were so glad to come here, the service was excellent, the food was delicious and it was very cheap. We ended up taking food home because we didn't realize how big the plates were. This will definitely be in our rotation of restaurants we visit in a monthly basis. Highly recommend the stuffed plantains, it was the perfect balance of sweet and salty. Only downside is that parking isn't great. There's only street parking available and it's a heavily trafficked area

I decided to patronize this restaurant believing I would have good typical Honduran food. It was a disappointment. the soup was the only hot food. The rest was cold. Small and cold tortillas. I ordered 3 pupusas to go. I saw my mother eating a black stuff. I asked her what was it. She said it was the pupusa I had brought her. It was burnt. Overpriced too, $65.00 total for that horrible mess. 18% gratuity included on bills over $50.00. In addition, a fee charge for credit card usage, no written notice anywhere. Service as expected. I'll never ever return to this place and I certainly do not recommend it.

Horrible.First I try to order over the phone but loud music I couldn't spoke to the waitress.Upon my arrival it was this spaniard man cursing over because his soccer team was losing and he bet a lot of money with a bookie inside the restaurant.My parrillada took a lot of times but when I got home I discovered meat was over cookedStaff is not even from Honduras but VenezuelansI will never come back againI thing is a front for illegal sport gambling operation

The service the food the taste of ir it's horrible I don't recommend That's not a Honduran restaurant The food it's really nasty it got no season ni taste Everything was a trash mess

DISAPPOINTED! We've order and dined here 3 times since my last review. I'm so sad how much this placed has changed. From waiting for the food for over an hour when ordering, the constant "they ran out of a certain food" to finally paying a good amount for half the amount of food they once made and extremely burnt and salty food. I unfortunately will not order from here anymore. But I'm truly sad because this was once a great place to eat.

The food was amazing Yus was even better experience treated kindly attentive left an everlasting feeling to come back not for just the food which was delicious but the service which was out of this world !!! The restaurant was lovely too

I'm giving 2 starts because of the baliadas because the pupusas and the pollo ceibeño were bad nothing like a realHondurian place they need to step it up
