2 stars for friendly staff and clean. 0 for the food. Probably the worst Italian food ever. Pasta over cooked and mushy and there was no flavor to any of our meals. We took a few bites of our food and left to go to another restaurant. Will not be going back.

Stopped in here while holiday shopping. We came in around lunchtime and the place was a little deserted. I don't really have much to say about the experience except the pizza was good and rather large, the service was subpar, their soda machine was not working and they gave us hot pizza on extremely cold plates. I have heard great things about Russo's as they have a variety of specialty pizza options but I don't think I would go to this location again .

Stopped here around 7:30 on a Sunday and ordered a Stromboli; Kirsten politely took my order. I waited around outside for a few minutes then decided to wait on the inside. I was standing near the dining area and the manager asked me to move to the waiting area. Mind you there is no designated waiting area so I was standing in the area near the window close to the oven. Okay, I let that go. Ignorance is bliss. My Stromboli came out and it wasn't cooked...dough still white. I asked the manager if the dough was supposed to be darker. She said "what about it" with an attitude. Now based on most standards this is considered terrible customer service at it's worst!! And this is coming from the MANAGER! I always patronize other Russo's locations but this has left a bad taste in my mouth! I told the rude female to refund me my money! I'll take my business elsewhere. Businesses should be mindful of their representatives because one bad apple can spoil the bunch! She's not management material or the business doesn't care about its customers!

Absolutely horrendous experience. We found a piece of plastic cooked on the crust of our pizza and unfortunately found this while taking a bite. When we brought it to the managers attention, they did not seem to care and followed with, " it's most likely onion skin"...If that were the case, I would've at least been able to tear it apart...it was hard...PLASTIC. Sadly, because how this situation is as handled, we will not be back.

Server was nice, no knock on her whatsoever. Came in for a quick peperoni slice of pizza and was very disappointed. It was rather large but for 7+ bucks I was expecting something delicious. I was mistaken. Dough recipe was flavorless, could barely detect the sauce (neither sweet nor rich). I won't be back. Hate to leave a poor review but there are so many other NY pizza options around here.

There are better locations than this one, though I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt after reading many bad reviews for this location. This location is conveniently closed to my house, but surprisingly they only have a 5 mile radius to deliver. No problems with placing order and picking it up. However, their pizza quality is not as good as their other locations, which is a shame as my husband and I rave about their pizza. The crust seems thinner and the topping quantity was lacking. I also request mushrooms on half my pizza, and usually this would be sliced mushrooms. Instead, I got a huge glob of chopped mushrooms which wasn't as pleasing to see... I'll just stick to my usual Russo's locations.

I had an order for carryout, I went in and there is no designated area for carryout. There is no social distance! So I was like 2 ft away from someone. Once I got helped the cashier was not attentive at all, but you can also tell she was busy so I give her that. People waiting for a table and carryout had to be together, it was an awkward situation honestly. Pizza quality, extremely greasy with no flavor. Not worth it. I have to say I am disappointed.

Where do we start? I've passed by the restaurant. Plenty of time and was eager to try it out due to the Large sign outside indicating it's an Italian restaurant. Boyyyy, was this the worse Italian restaurant I have tried. The place looks big outside but very small inside. Not as much seatings as it seems. But let's boil down to the food. I ordered fettuccine already and it was just all sorts of wrong. The sauce was broken and super chalky. The other dish my husband ordered and if I didn't know. I thought they used lemon itself for the sauce and nothing else. It was sour to the core. My husband called it! He said we should have tried somewhere else but I was so determined and was let down.

I can't believe I have lived here almost 2 years and just found this place!! It's SO good!!! They have more than just pizza!! I think I thought it was just a pizza place. The oil for the bread is divine!! The service was also superb!! This will be a regular spot for us now!!

Arrived for Sunday dinner and the restaurant was surprisingly empty. We ordered side salads, which were very large and enjoyable, and a slice of pizza. The pizza was dry and completely tasteless. Very little sauce and hard, dry cheese. Such a different experience than eating at the Meyerland Russo's location. Will not return to this location.
