Great Sushi restaurant tucked in a shopping strip plaza! Fresh food, Great Tastes! Lots to choose from! Large and clean dining area. Service on point!! Friendly and Attentive! We stopped in mid-week for a quick lunch... great selections and decent pricing!We will definitely be back!

Great sushi place found conveniently in a shopping plaza. There's a variety of choices when it comes to sushi, noodles and hibachi. It's your all in 1 place when it comes to selections similar to Samurai, without breaking your wallet too much. Service was good, nothing impactful or that stood out to be honest. We were greeted, sat within seconds and after drinks were discussed, the waitress asked if we were ready to order. Food was great, all 3 rolls that were ordered were pretty big and they didn't skimp out on loading the roll. If you're starving, with the portion size of the roll, 2 rolls might do the job, but then again, it's sushi, your full for a few minutes and then your ready to eat again. The food was fresh and filling and came out all at the same time. Definitely come back when in the area to try different rolls.

The sushi here is delicious, the service is subpar. We waited about ten minutes before anyone came and asked if we wanted water The hibachi is horrible, flavorless fried rice and the shrimp was just cheap small shrimp that comes frozen. I recommend coming here for sushi as a to go order but not to sit and eat, especially not for hibachi either.

Great service, friendly and efficient! Super fresh sushi..... what more may you ask for. They also had great music (not live) jamming at the perfect level in background. The coconut milk soup with chicken is so comforting don't forget to add a little hi t of spice for that extra kick! We definitely enjoyed our spicey seafood salad and roll designed by sushi chef. Yummy!!!!

Always amazing! This place is such a gem! Sushi is the best and freshest in town, been coming here for years and never disappoints!

I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because it took almost 30 minutes to get a soup. The i love Lucy roll was bigger in person and it was definitely delicious. The only other negative thing I'd say is they blast the music for birthdays to the point you can't hear someone sitting next to you.

Ruson is and always has been a favorite of my sushi spots in the Kendall area. They recently did some renovations and upped the decor and overall ambiance of the place. The food is still as great as ever and fast! My go to will forever be the super tuna if you are a tuna enthusiast can't go wrong and their I love Lucy roll is also great. Pad Thai extra spicy is definitely my favorite pad Thai as well. The service is always great and prompt today we were served by Will and he was terrific. Fast responsive and sweet. We started at a table and then moved as we realized there was a game so decided to move to get a better view which was encouraged and not a problem at all. we love Ruson

Love this place! Have been coming here on and off for over ten years. Super glad they renovated and things look allot cleaner. The food is amazing! The hibachi is one of the best. Today is was a little disappointing because they raised their prices (I get it inflation) but they also took the shrimp off the hibachi appetizers. Hope to see that back. Service is usually good! The chefs always give a great show!

Ruson was my first favorite sushi spot ever and years later still remains #1 for me; they just always get it right. Every roll from their I Love Lucy to the Kamikaze and beyond are full of flavor. Unlike at a lot of sushi places, these rolls are FAT and loaded. My husband always gets the fried rice and loves the taste and chunks of meat in it. I have very rarely dined in but when I have the service has always been very good. They recently underwent renovations and the restaurant inside is now more updated. Definitely my go-to sushi spot in Kendall!

Ruson is one of my favorite Friday night dinner spots when I want some good sushi rolls. The service is good. The manager is always nice and pleasant when ever you enter and exit the restaurant. Some of my recommendations because I probably tried almost everything is the "seafood soup ". It has great flavor, comes with vegetables, fresh fish pieces, crab, squid and the broth is super tasty. The "Special fried rice" comes in a serving enough for 3-4 people. Has steak & chicken and shrimp. Always well cooked and one of their best sellers.Now for Sushi: the dragon roll is my favorite --fried shrimp tempura and fresh avocado on top. The next favorite would be the ruson roll --fried shrimp tempura, cream cheese on the inside. If you want to try a roll that is more over the top try the "I love Lucy" roll, it's oven baked goodness. For desert the "fried ice cream" is the crowd favorite. Ruson also offers a hibachi grill which is great for family gathering and birthday celebrations. The wait time to sit at a table is not long. But make a reservation if it's a holiday because it always packed at that time. The menu prices are inexpensive and the size of the sushi rolls are bigger then most restaurants. There is lots of parking available. One of the negatives that I found but really a quick fix is that the restrooms need to be updated but they are very clean always.
