I guess I can never frequent a place more than 3 times now. Lol. I ordered nachos without any meat. I got a plate if chips and cheese and they still charged me $15. Wont be coming back. Celia was nice especially since she was working on her birthday but Karla was very rude. She threw the receipt at Celia.

Place is well hidden to an outsider just driving by.Food was fresh and full of flavor Margarita to go was on point. Service was friendly as soon I walked in and observed every guest being greeted as they entered and exited. I only order take out so didn't view entire restaurant but from what I saw they were pretty busy. I will be back to try other items on the large menu they had.

They didn't greet me when I walked in for a pick up order. There was a lady at the register for 5 min or more. Finally someone else came up to see what I needed. Another customer came up to the other last bc they didn't have a waitress yet & she repeatedly tried to get her attention but she ignored her. Finally she brushed her off saying "they're coming". Paid for my order and asked for a receipt Bc they didn't offer one. She pushes the receipt to me on the counter. SMHThese restaurants need to understand that customers service will make or break your business. There's other restaurants close by and more being opened. No one wants crap service to give you their hard earned money.

The food was amazing! Absolutely delicious flavors, and food was seasoned well. We had complimentary chips and salsa. This is not your typical out of the jar salsa. It has the right amount of spice. I honestly had an overall well experience. The price was reasonable and the food was fantastic. The only down side is the service. We were greeted and seated. After our waitress gave us our food, we did not see her anymore. We saw her in other areas attending to other customers, but not us. I felt like the service could have been better, but the experience overall was okay. The ambiance was also colorful and the music is a nice touch. I do love the vibe it gave as soon as we walked in.

Apparently you got to be Hispanic to get decent customer service. I walked and their were 4 people at the desk. No one said hello. No one acknowledged me for about 2 minutes. A Hispanic man walked in and immediately one of the girls said Hola and started helping him. It wasn't until one of the girls saw my face looking confused then did she say hi how can I help you. Dont come eat here to eat if your non-hispanic. Take your money elsewhere. Btw they don't give you chips to go unless you spend over $50.Came back to edit that my dish missing the side of guac

We arrived at 5:10 on Sunday and there were 5 workers in the front and guest waiting. No one greeted us, I had to wait before someone told us there was a 20 minute wait. I looked and there were many open tables and servers standing around waiting and host standing around like they didn't care about their job. We waited because I know food is good. We did enjoy our food and service from Nicole was great. As we were walking out a party of 4 came in and they left because of the wait.

The restaurant was great. I went for lunch and ordered the rib special, I was very impressed. Portions were generous. Food was delicious. The complimentary chips and salsa were also very good.
