Been back 100x times since my last review and the lines are just as long. But I think they may have finally figured it out. You now order when you are within a football field of the food so you can see the menu - possibly. The food is consistent and portions are huge for the price. Customer service is what's expected at malls. They must be doing something right because they're always the most crowded place in the food court - not including Chick-fil-A of course.

Went to this place, with a friend, and asked the cook to please make my dish without too much sugar. He very aggressively said, NO !!! They definitely lost 2 customers with the outrageous attitude he displayed. I will NEVER EVER go to this horrible place again !

I had a weak batch of bang bang chicken. not crispy. the rice was decent tho. gonna just do teriyaki chicken elsewhere next time tu sabes

The bang bang chicken is always on point. We usually always get this with rice. I haven't tried anything else on their menu, because this is always our go to. Best Asian food at the mall food court!

I've been coming here consistently...their food quality is at its peak during the prime time. Everything is freshly cooked! For the morning~lunch, I feel like they are using the leftover from last night. Everything is a bit saggy and extremely dried.

I have not really explored Thai food that much so when I walked up to the line to order I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted to get. The lady taking orders helped me figure it out in a snap. I wanted shrimp. She said fried or spicy? I wanted noodles. She said lo mein or mei fun? And last we topped it off with veggies. I wound up with a very nice dish of thin noodles, spicy shrimp, broccoli, cabbage and bell peppers.I was very, very happy with my dish. The shrimp were cleaned, gigantic plus, a good size and they were plentiful. The veggies were fresh and the portion was perfect.

Quality went down and prices went up. Now its over $10 for 1 item and rice. Rice was hard , this place used to be so good ,a big line would form. No more.

Spicy shrimps were bad. I tried four more shrimps, they all tasted like molded. I've never had a bad experience before. Hope this is the only time.

Judging by the lines when you enter the food court I guessed this restaurant's food must be good and I must say their Thai Spicy Shrimp is delicious, plus the fresh vegetables that come with it are definitely worth a try. This is my new go to place when I come to the mall now. And the portions are not skimpy at all, one platter served me and my adult son!!

They put shrimp in my food after I told them I'm allergic. Didn't notice until I got home and ate some of it. Lady was rude and never apologize for her mistake which could have been deadly.
