I was very hungry when I came to this mall. It is located in the food court on the lowest level. The I ordered the lo mein, green beans and non fried shrimp. The shrimp were seasoned well I wanted more! The lo mein and the green beans were good. My favorite is the shrimp for sure! If you want some seasoned non fried shrimp try them out. There was no wait and the service was great.

I was surprised at how much Pad Thai was given! Lasted me about 2-3 servings. I also ordered a side of steamed veggies that were good with the Pad Thai. It was a nice spice level too, Al which surprised me for being in a mall. I'd come in here just to get the food lol

The name is a bit misleading, it's standard mall Chinese food which I crave here and there. The food hit the spot. I would suggest a better system with ordering, paying and grabbing the food. They had plenty of staff who were directing customers but the signs are confusing, it says to "pay here" on both sides which is not the case. Looks like they make good business. Food is comforting.

Food was very good, and service was prompt with a big smile--very pleasant. Overall, very good food court experience today. This food court is on the Court side of KP in the lower section. Pad Thai is made fresh when it's ordered, so you have to wait for a short while. They will bring it out to your table for your convenience unless you wait for it at the counter. I assume brothy noodle dishes also are made fresh. Rest of the food is served ready-made style like any other Asian fast food or buffet place. It looked like the kitchen replenishes food very efficiently during busy lunch time. I thought serving size was very generous. Though I thought I was very hungry, I could not finish my two entre combo because it was so big, and my wife only ate about a half of her pad Thai. Though she ordered no-heat/mild version, it had some kick to it, she said. Ruby Thai Kitchen meets the stiff competition in this food court since there are at least four other Asian food outfits--teriyaki/bento, sushi, Chinese, poke... Ruby provides solid performance IMHO.

Spent a rainy day at King of Prussia mall, and stopped at one of the multiple food courts. I was looking around at some of the options around here, and Thai Kitchen seemed to give you the biggest bang for your buck! Unfortunately, that was all it had to offer... the food was kinda greasy and it definitely should've never been labeled as Thai food. I ordered the 3 entree combo, with one of my entrees being vegetables. Each combo meal comes with your choice of noodles or fried rice, similar to your typical Chinese take out from a mall. My next entree was Thai Grilled Chicken, which I have no idea what made this dish Thai or not, but it just tasted like grilled chicken with soy sauce. My third entree was the steak and peppers, but the meat did not even taste like steak, and was kind of bouncy. I think this is one of those times when ignorance is bliss, and you don't ask questions. For $10.99 tho, you do get a lot of food, and maybe I just picked some not so great options.

I mean it's mall food, so I don't expect anything too fancy or healthy. If you're in the mood for some asian lo mein and entree, this place is a decent choice. I especially liked their salt and pepper chicken. Good seasoning and crispy chicken. Food can be a bit on the greasier end, especially their noodles but it's not a total deal breaker.

i was skeptical at first, I admit. But I trusted the person who took me to Ruby Thai in the lower food court. The folks working the stand were so friendly, and seemed to be genuinely proud of the food they were selling. I found out why. The food was simply delicious and the portions were adequate. I would absolutely recommend going to see these friendly people and trying their excellent food for yourself.

For mall food court food, this is good stuff. Both spicy pad Thai and lemongrass chicken were very good. This is more Americanized Chinese food than Thai but it was still tasty for what it is.

I bought two entrees and noodle at Ruby Thai Kitchen today. The woman at the register told me it was $10.06. As I had no $10 bill, I gave her $20.06 and expected her to give me $10.00 back. She took my money and closed the register immediately. When I reminded her she needed to give me $10.00 change back, she insisted that I had given her the exact change of $10.06 and refused to give me change back. I lost $10.00 as the result. What a crook and dishonest person she is!
