Rreal Tacos - West Midtown

We came and were pleasantly surprised to see a Halloween pop up! They have a special Halloween food and drink menu. We shared the Birria Pizza and glad we did. It was huge and so delicious! Their Margaritas always hit the spot too. They do validate parking, the code is at the front at the counter.

Stay away from this place. Some friends and I went there this past Saturday. Parking was almost $17. That was whatever and luckily, the security guard informed me that it could be validated so I got that back. I had to put a card on file, and that was whatever. Here comes the issue. We didn't ask to be seated outside but that is where they put us. Then the waitress informed us that there was a ten dollar fee per person to sit outside in addition to the food. That should have been specified before being seated out there because again, we never asked to be outside and would have preferred being inside.Here is the ultimate. I woke up this morning and there were TWO additional charges on my card for a little over $15. So four charges for one restaurant visit, not including the parking. I am about to call my bank and dispute the additional charges. How can I go out to eat on Saturday and have two more charges on Monday night? They are scammers or at least someone there is a scammer. If the wait staff can go back and add charges days later, they have a diabolical system. Either way, I wanted to warn everyone else because to take money from people without their consent or knowledge or SIGNATURE authorizing the charges is, in my eyes, fraud. Needless to say, I will never be going back there, ordering from them, or anything else and I will be telling everyone that I know what happened. There are two many other options here in Atlanta and the food wasn't even good. The tacos were tough and the empanadas were decent but not worth all the struggle. In total, I was charged $17 for parking, $10 to sit down outside, $24 for food, and now two more charges for I have no clue what.

Amazing food and drinks but make sure to ask to make the drinks less sweet as I personally think it could be too sweet. The birria pizza was good! And was filling.

My sister-in-law sent me a reel on IG highlighting their taco fiesta, and the food looked good. Since my SO and I were visiting town, we decided to check out Rreal Tacos for dinner in West Midtown on a Sunday around 5:30 PM. PARKINGPrivate parking garage. Ask to validate parking upon paying for the bill. HOST/RESERVATIONI checked in with the two hosts upon entrance. We were fifth in line party of 6 (4 adults and two toddlers). I was informed the wait was approximately 30 minutes. The restaurant utilizes a waitlist via OpenTable, so you can always make reservations in advance. AMBIANCE Not good at all. I don't mind music blasting, but it was deafening with the volumes at almost max. I'm all for a good time, but it is a business at the end of the day. A large party was seated nearby, and it was over capacity for what the table could sit. They obviously had people show up and pull up seats -- obstructing walkways for patrons and staff members. It was a mess. There was a lot of standing around, hollering across tables and screaming. I felt the restaurant failed to set boundaries out of respect for other dining patrons. SERVICEThe staff was friendly and efficient. Refills were prompt, considering how busy it was. FOOD* Trio Appetizer - Chips with salsa, guacamole, and queso. Crispy chips and every dip were delicious. No complaints.* Taco Fiesta - This platter comes with four proteins of choice: flour/corn tortilla and sides like onions, pico de gallo, lime, guacamole, and cilantro. Don't hesitate to ask for refills for the sides. Overall, the food was tasty. The service was good. Ambiance is bad. I'd choose another location to frequent over this one.

I came here with my classmates after our first exam to celebrate! We were a huge party of 12 people and we just walked in and they were very accommodating and sat us immediately. The waiter was nothing to write home about and took an awhile to bring things and forgot my drink initially it again there were 12 of us so I won't hold it against him. The ambiance of the restaurant was very urban and young feeling. The artwork was very cool to look at while dining. The food was very expensive so much so that most of us ordered one item and split it to save money. My classmate and I split a birria pizza and each ordered a drink after taxes and the automatic gratuity the total came up to about $70! Personally I liked the birria but it wasn't worth $5.69 a taco or $25 for the birria pizza. I tasted the chips and queso and it was pretty good. I could tell the chips weren't freshly made there but it was still good. The drink was definitely strong! I was tipsy after that one drink and it tasted decent. Overall I don't think I would come back here for food just because there are less expensive taco places.

This place was okay. I walked in to place a take out order. Customer service was poor. I asked upon walking into the restaurant where can I order take out, the hostess told me at the bar. I sat at the bar for over five minutes while the bartender served customers. After not being greeted or approached for service I asked her where do I order food. I can't remember what she said so I asked her where else I could order. She pointed to a kiosk. I figured out how to work it and placed my order. It took about 20 minutes to prepare. The customer service was lacking, no direction on how to order. I had to assist other customers that came in also to show them where and how to order. This seems like a fairly new restaurant but I don't plan on returning to this location. The food was okay, nothing spectacular about the tacos.I'll try another location if I decide to eat again at Rreal Tacos.

The best tacos and margaritas outside of Mexico! The spicy pineapple margarita was like no other. The tacos were to die for! I ate so much I thought I was going to explode.

Ambiance/Vibe - The ambiance is just a step above your mind of every day, round the way Mexican eatery. Seating/tables are pretty standard, but the decor is a bit more of a step up from what you'd might expect from a Mexican restaurant. The patio is nice. 4/5Service - service is pretty consistent, quick, and courteous. I love a restaurant where the waiter isn't constantly at your table, but you're never wondering where your waiter is either. 5/5Food - I tend to get the same thing from here, and I've never been disappointed. My go to us the quesabirria. Chef's Kiss. During this visit, I ordered that with a side of cilantro rice. Another person in my party ordered the quesabirria as well, with a side of corn, and loved it, while another person ordered the Rreal Nachos and loved them. 4/5Drinks - There's no shortage of drink options, and of course, the margaritas are always a go-to. This time, around 2 of us ordered the margarita flight, which comes with 4 kind of sample size margaritas, which probably equal 1 or 1.5 of their regular size margaritas. We highly enjoyed them. They were well prepared and presented. This is good if you want to try multiple flavors, but if you want 1 or 2, you'll probably get more bang for your buck just ordering a regular marg. Another time I went, we ordered the House Titantic, which consists of 10 shots for $50. It's an absolute steal of a deal! 5/5Final Verdict - Lord Wellington approved! If you're looking for a quick, no frills-ish, satisfying Mexican dining experience, Rreal Tacos is the place. Good food, good drinks, good atmosphere. The only thing I'm not a fan of is chips & salsa are not complimentary.2 things to note - (1) if you dine on the patio, you have to put a card on file when you first sit down. I think this is to deter people from attempting to #DineAndDash. (2) they do not validate parking.4/5

The establishment was packed. I was able to get in and get a few seats at the bar. The service was great the staff was friendly. The atmosphere was a vibe. Food was fresh and flavorful. I will be back!! Oh, and absolutely great drinks! Try the shot flight, it was amazing with the ducks n each shot!

Came out with my bestie and her family ( my 2nd family for Moms birthday. The food was delicious, large portions, hot and fresh. We ordered two pitchers of Peach Margaritas, a taco platter and appetizers. Pretty dope vibe and ambience. Bell was our server and took good care of us. Will definitely be back soon!
