We strolled into Rotolo's, Craft and Crust with the aroma of sizzling chicken wings and bubbling cheese filling the air, our appetites already teasingly awake. The cozy ambiance of the place welcomed us as we settled into our seats, ready for a night of indulgence. My friends and I had come in for our usual fix of hot wings and cold beers, but little did we know, we were about to embark on a culinary adventure that would leave us with more than just satisfied stomachs.Allec, our unexpected protagonist, emerged from behind the bar, a friendly grin on his face as he welcomed us to the restaurant. It was a slower night, giving us the opportunity to strike up a conversation with him. As we chatted, he recommended the spiciest wings on the menu, a warning gleaming in his eyes as he cautioned us about their fiery nature.When the wings arrived at our table, they glistened with a tantalizing sheen of sauce, their aroma carrying a hint of danger that only fueled our excitement. My friends and I joke now that if anyone offers him hot wings with scorpion power again he will say, "Cluck U!"From that day on, whenever we graced the doors of Rotolo's, Allec would greet us with a bemused smile, shaking his head in mock disbelief. "Why? Just why?!?" he'd exclaim, a testament to the unforgettable encounter that had forged a bond between us.As we explored the depths of Rotolo's menu, savoring each delectable dish with gusto, it became our home away from home. My wife and son developed a particular fondness for the margarita pizza, its crispy crust and fresh toppings a testament to the culinary prowess of the kitchen staff.So, if ever you find yourself in need of a memorable dining experience, I implore you to seek out Rotolo's and ask for Allec. Pizza is so yummWe got the Chicago style I think it's called simple man, Detroit style signature sausage, and regular they were all super delicious. For appetizers we got calamari & dynamite shrimp they were cooked perfectly. Inez is super nice & gives great recommendations. They have an awesome happy hour They also have good options for the kiddos.

Good atmosphere, timely server. Truffle fries are good ! Some horrible person dropped off a poor turtle in the parking lot. Now someone trying to help the turtle get to water - but doesn't know how. It's very sad to watch.

Alec was a phenomenal person to have make our Monday Trivia night an even greater experience. He had great suggestions for what kind of beer I would like (and I tend to be picky). This man was attentive and helpful as I don't know too much about beer or wine. The shrimp scampi wrap was phenomenal and I highly recommend that and the pizza. This place is great for food, atmosphere, and beer!!!

Great experience! This was our first time in. We were seated quickly, orders taken right away, food came out piping hot & delicious! Our waiter was very friendly and helpful. The place was nice and clean. They even had an employee dressed like a slice of pizza who was dancing and entertaining everyone. Hilarious! Will definitely be back soon! We loved the cheese bread, bbq burger and bbq wings!

Still 5 stars, maybe 5.5 now. We have been eating the Chicago classic thin this entire time and we love it- but decided to try Detroit style this time- the traditional. We don't like thick crust usually. And this is definitely thick but airy and crispy and delicious- never had anything like it. The edges of the crust were super yummy crunchy Asiago type goodness. Huge thanks to Alex the bartender for convincing us to try something new. This pizza was absolutely incredible. Everything else still as awesome as ever.

Of all the pizza places in Spring, Rotolo's Craft & Crust stands out among the crowd! I've visited this location at least 20 times in the past year and a half, and every time, the food, service, and ambiance have been consistently solid.As someone who eats a primarily Paleo diet, having a cauliflower crust option is a must for me. The vegan cheese is also a great plus to keep me as far from dairy as possible. I typically get the Deluxe Combination on cauliflower crust with vegan cheese, and it's as close to a real pizza that I can get! The crust is thin and crunchy, the toppings are always fresh and plentiful, and the tomato sauce has a delicious flavor. The cheese is the only part that's not amazing, but that's because it's not real cheese (but that's just me being very picky; there is no good substitute for mozzarella).My wife loves the Figgy Piggy, and my kids like to change things up and order something different each time. On our last visit, my daughter decided to flip the menu over and discovered non-pizza food that she loved. The service has always been impeccable and I've never had a bad experience there. The ambiance is that of any pizzeria back where I'm from in Chicagoland: sports on the TV, a lively bar, and friendly staff.I also order to-go orders here quite often. My pizza has never been late, and it's always hot and ready for pickup at the time their app quotes me. Also, and this is super-important for a pizza place, they've NEVER gotten my order wrong!If you want a delicious pizza in the Spring area with great ingredients, great service, and great ambiance, go to Rotolo's! You won't be disappointed!

Perfect pie. We tried Rotolo's a couple of weeks ago and I've been meaning to leave a review.Great atmosphere.Friendly service. Delicious food.We had fried calamari, margerita pizza, & the og pizzaThe glaze they put on the calamari was very tasty. I didn't read the description so I want expecting a glaze. It was served on a bed of arugula which paired well with the calamari.The pizzas were some of the best I've had in the area. Crunchy thin crust with lots of flavor, not greasy, just the right amount of sauce and toppings.

Rotolo's service is terrible! 2 weeks ago they had to comp our meals because the meals were so messed up and the service (waiter) was so terrible. They comped many tables that evening due to the issues blaming it on new staff and lack of. They had to make the pizza twice and then they brought out the wrong one because someone else took the one for our table. Service was painfully slow as we spent nearly 2 hours at the table due to the slow service. Tonight we thought we would give it another try since they gave us a coupon to use to come back. Guess what, yes, same excuse tonight. My wife didn't get her salad she ordered because "someone else took it". Never got refills on our drinks tonight. Service was extremely slow. Brussel sprouts were so hard you couldn't even cut them with the butter knife and it was like chewing mulch. Again tonight they were apologizing to other tables because of their lack of quality and service. They blamed it again on new employees. At the end we gave them the coupon and they told us in order to use them the order has to be over $40. We had 2 tickets, one for my wife and I and 1 for our son. They took it off our order which was $38 but not our sons but kept both coupons. No worries, keep the coupon because we will not be back to use it. I could tell you about the other times before these two experiences and how bad it was but I will spare you. I haven't posted negative before as I thought they would improve since they are new to the area and every new business deserves a chance. Chances are over.... We will not be back and I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. I let the manager know I would post the reviews and her response was "have a good evening". At this rate, Rotolo's will not last long.
