Rosy's Cafe

I really enjoyed Rosy's cafe. Unlike the full restaurant next door, the portions are huge for what you pay. The service is quite quick, perfect for a pre-work bite to eat at a little more leisurely of a pace than the standard food truck or Starbucks bagel and CC. Everything is made on the spot and can out with the most warm, fluffy tortillas--too good. The steak was flavorful and not too heavy, although this is quite a large breakfast compared to most, so come hungry! The coffee was lovely as well, and they have full options for almond milk, creamer, etc. It's a great idea and a great operation, and I'd definitely return when I wanted a quick but not super quick breakfast. Only enough room for about a dozen diners at once, but pretty quiet inside when I visited.

The food was spectacular, I had the Bistec Burrito. The best part of our adventure here was the wait staff. Megan served us and her attentiveness while they were clearly swamped was nothing short of incredible. The owners of this restaurant should be proud to have such an amazing team member.

Rosy's Cafe recently opened near Rosy's for the morning crowd. Decided to pop in to grab a some coffee and a breakfast taco. Now I can get my taco fix in the morning and stop by next door later on in the day for dinner.

Delicious breakfast tacos - lots of flavor, very fresh, generous sized tacos (2 per order instead of the usual 3 at their full restaurant next door, but bigger). I LOVE their pickled jalapeños (actually spicy) and have not gone wrong with any taco option so far.Can't recommend this place enough!!
