My hands-down favorite place to get coffee and smoothies. The owner Deanna is there every day and literally remembers all the (many) regulars by their first name. It's like Cheers, but with coffee. On Villanova's campus, parking by the Septa station. Ask for the off-menu Super Rosie smoothie--a purple delicious superfood binge with spirulina, strawberries and blueberries, cinnamon, and vanilla protein to balance sugar levels.

I love this coffee place! The staff is always so generous and willing to have a conversation with you. This place saved me on early mornings when I didn't want to get anything from holy grounds. Especially their bagels. They're so soft and delicious. Also, their smoothies are pretty good.

Conveniently located within the Villanova train station, the allure for fresh coffee is enormously high. And indeed, convenience is often the victor when certain students arrive on campus each morning. I must say, I do love this place. The woman who is literally always working there, who at this point I have no choice but to assume is the owner, is adorable. She is very friendly and clearly loves the students and her job. The coffee and smoothies are super delicious, again, no doubt about that. I also love that you can buy greek yogurt and bagels here--graduate student staples. However, the prices are madness. I understand that it's Villanova, and you're also paying for the convenience, but whoever created the menu here seriously did not have students in mind. Paying $7 or more for a bagel/coffee combo is absurdity to me. Just across the train tracks, at Second Story Cafe, you can purchase a bagel and a medium coffee for $0.95--yes, you read that correctly. Unless I'm running super late or am feeling ridiculously lazy, I walk right by Rosie's Mug. There are on-campus options that are equally as good that don't attempt to rob me blind.

I love stopping in for the açaí bowls. It is a family run and was very impressed with the service and quality of the bowls. I also enjoy getting coffee there as well occasionally. I always get pitaya with coconut, granola, and nutella. Perfect treat after workouts or a long day of work.

This place is great! So happy I found it. I love to get their acai bowls in the morning for a healthy but filling breakfast. The employees are all really nice, prices are good and they change up their offerings per the season which is cool.

I have no relationship to this place until I stumbled upon it but I was struck by the quality and earnest service...perfectly located and a little hidden at the Villanova station. Cute little joint with earnest ownership, and a good cup of coffee. A warm respite on the rainy day I was delighted to discover it while waiting on a train. Teas, coffees and great pastries, etc. in the perfect spot. Those of you who feel forced to grab your "Joe" at the gas station 2 minutes away at Lancaster and N. Spring Mill are now free! The "quickie mart" is putrid and the employees would rather you did not inconvenience them with your presence. Go right up the hill, turn right down to the station and get a great cup appreciatively served. I recommend it be your regular stop!

Fantastic place. There are so many coffee places nowadays, that many of them don't stand out. This place is different. The owner is extremely friendly, and obviously loves her job and meeting new people. If you're looking for a nice respite from the drudgery of a commute to/from work or school, she'll provide it. Prices are reasonable, and coffee & a bagel certainly doesn't cost $7.00.
