If you haven't been, you need to go! If you have been, then you know why you keep going back! Never have I had such finely crafted and cared for cocktails! The creativity and innovation keeps me coming back with endless opportunities for a new experience each time I go. If I am craving something more traditional they have that as well but do yourself a favor and branch out into any of their awesome recommendations!

I love a good craft cocktail. And you'll see it done at a high level at Rosewater. Located in a shopping center, parking won't be an issue. I stopped by on a Saturday evening and there was a 45-minute wait for a table. While they do have a nice patio, it was freezing so not a lot of people wanted to be out in the wild despite the heaters. We made things work. What initially stood out to me about Rosewater was the creativity of the cocktails. You'll see unique combinations and liquors you've never heard of. I tried four cocktails and they all were delicious. Including one that had mead which isn't something you see every day. While they do have food, I didn't have any so I can't comment on that. Service was friendly. If you're looking for some quality cocktails in the burbs, definitely check out Rosewater.

Had a pretty disappointing experience Saturday night at Rosewater. Husband and I had a rare date night and stopped by to have a cocktail before heading home. We got there about 11:35-11:40. I walked up to the bar and ordered a couple drinks. The bartender told us ok go ahead and have a seat and someone will bring them to you. Husband used the restroom and then joined me at the table. (I know how long we had been waiting because I called him from the table while he was in the restroom to let him know I had gone to the other side to sit, so I have the timestamp) We were sitting there for at least ten minutes before someone came up to us and said "the bartender said it's too late to make your drinks so she won't be making them" I said "oh. ok well we have been sitting here for a while..." and this lady super rudely snapped "it's been 10 minutes" then walked off. What the? Ok... I mean it's not a huge deal if we got there too late but why did they take our order then and have us waiting for 20+ minutes? The place was still full, but regardless.. I wasn't trying to be a Karen or make it into a big deal so I talked to the manager, I asked for the ladies name that snapped at us and she said she wouldn't give it, not a problem I just wanted it so I could let the owner or whoever know and I'm pretty sure they normally tell you their names when they wait on you. But anyway not a huge deal, I understand there are crazy people out there, the manager gave me a card so I could reach out to the owner or whoever is in charge. Again, why take our order and have us waiting just to tell us too bad you won't be getting the drinks you ordered? And why be so hostile? I certainly wasn't making a stink about it at all I just stated we had already been sitting and waiting for a while, I wasn't angry or rude at all. Anyway so that was disappointing and we won't be back. It would be one thing if the lady approached us and was just like "hey sorry about that it's just too late I guess" then fine, not her fault, but to snap at us and walk off when I was mid-sentence was super unprofessional and definitely not necessary. The bartender that took the order wasn't very pleasant either, again, if it was too late to come in then just say so, it's not a problem, I don't need the passive aggressive attitude, I'm super friendly and understanding so that whole experience was unnecessarily unpleasant. Maybe the drinks are good, I wouldn't know. Treat your customers better, learn how to be polite and professional.In response to the owner: I'm not sure how they would get to that conclusion, neither my husband nor I were intoxicated in the slightest.

Always love coming to Rosewater. Wife and I are having drinks and there is a special menu being featured tonight in honor of the Kentucky Derby (and Star Wars). I got the BlackBerry Lemon Julep with Old Forester and she got the Mai Tai. Both excellently crafted and came out delicious. Cheers and thanks, Rosewater!!

Rosewater is such a great cocktail bar in clear lake. The service is so quick for such quality drinks. They have a beautiful patio that you're able to sit in and lounge. The drinks are phenomenal. I wish I could remember the name of my drink, but it has shishito pepper extract and goodness. It's an excellent, top notch drink. I love this place so much.

This cocktail bar has such a chill vibe. My husband and I usually come to this bar if we just want to hang out and chill with our family or friends in this area. This bar is located inside a plaza and they have a patio that servers just come and take your order once you choose your seat. You can also hang out inside their bar and just order drinks from the bartender if you'd like. The drinks are good and affordable. The cocktail drinks are around $11-$14 which is not bad. They also have a happy hour menu and I love how they close late. I also love how they serve food and we were able to order food at 10pm when we arrived so their kitchen is open late also. It may not be an extensive food menu but it's good snacks to have while having drinks. Overall, I recommend this bar if you are in this area.

This place has gone through some significant expansion since the last time I was here (it's been a few years). In addition to the awesome mixed drink menu, they have added a small (but nice) selection of food, and the outdoor patio obviously is very popular. I am sure that I will be back more regularly as friends live within walking distance from here. It's more than your usual neighborhood bar/lounge. For the folks here it's a destination!

I love to discover new drinks here, and the HH Menu is very diverse! We enjoyed to outdoor addition and service is always very hospitable and attentive!

Sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name, and it feels like home but the lighting is better, and the drinks are spectacular, surprising in the best of ways. This is the place that will draw you to the burbs to get the kind of cocktail previously found only in big cities or bigger screens. Elegance is in revival, replicated in the cocktail, without an ounce of pretension. I recently stopped in during a dry spell, and they made me a Mocked Mojito that knocked my socks off, better than any boozy version I've ever had land-locked or beachside. Pasha Morshedi is a genius behind the wheel of this polished yet cozy gem of a joint, hosting the craftiest high-end cocktails, mocktails, and a boggling selection of the finest spirits. His meticulous passion in design and execution is evermore evident now, several years after opening, each cocktail sent with precision and consistency even when the man himself isn't in the house. The staff carries the same enthusiasm and approachability, many like Noel on from the beginning, making this a trusted and friendly spot you'll want to claim for your own. When you find a favorite, they'll make you a new one. I hear they've taken over some space next door to expand into a full restaurant - keep an eye on that. Perhaps the only thing Morshedi's know how to do better than drink, is to cook.

Beautiful cocktails, interesting menu, and excellent service. I'm so glad I discovered this little gem when we were in the area last week. Great date night spot or evening out with the girls.
